There are two main ways to talk about things changing over time.
The first is to use a set phrase: 越来越[adjective]
|This situation is better and better.
|You’re speaking slower and slower.
The second is to use the comparison particle 比, which we’ll use first in a set phrase here and then go further into detail about later.
Essentially, we’re going to compare the present time to the past time. Use the pattern [time unit]比[time unit] to express “more adjective every time unit.”
|He is more handsome every year.
|We’re busier every week.
