К сожалению, каждый год у нас в Санкт Петербурге зимой возникает одна и та же проблема.

Unsere Stadt liegt am Finnischen Meerbusen, so dass wir im Winter nicht unter ständiger Kälte leiden, wie es in Moskau oder noch mehr in Sibirien der Fall sein kann.
Our city is located on the shores of the Gulf of Finland, and therefore we have no constant cold in winter, as it can be in Moscow or especially in Siberia.
