DR. Before the Professor left the room I cautioned him against getting any false impression from my patient. قبل أن يغادر الأستاذ الغرفة حذرته من تلقي أي انطباع خاطئ من المريض. Antes de o professor sair da sala, avisei-o para não ficar com uma falsa impressão do meu doente.

"But," he answered, "I want him to talk of himself and of his delusion as to consuming live things. "Mas", respondeu ele, "quero que ele fale de si próprio e da sua ilusão de consumir coisas vivas. He said to Madam Mina, as I see in your diary of yesterday, that he had once had such a belief. Ele disse à Senhora Mina, como vejo no seu diário de ontem, que já tinha tido essa crença.
