外国 人 の 技能 実習 の 制度 に ついて 考える 会議 が 始まった

日本 に は 、外国 人 が 働き ながら 技術 を 習う 技能 実習 の 制度 が あります。 発展 途上 国 の 人 を 育てる 目的 が あります。 しかし 、働く 人 が 少ない 仕事 を 外国 人 に さ せて いる と いう 意見 も あります。

14日 、この 制度 に ついて 考える 専門 家 の 会議 が 始まりました。 会議 の リーダー の JICA の 人 は 「外国 人 と 一緒に 生活 する 社会 は 、安全 、安心な こと や 、みんな の 人権 を 大切に する こと など が 必要です。 その ため の 制度 を 考えたい です 」と 話しました。

会議 で は 、今 の 制度 を 続ける か 、ほか の 制度 と 一緒に する か など を 考えます。 実習 生 の 受け入れ など の 世話 を する 団体 に ついて も 考えます。

来年 の 秋 ごろ に 、会議 の レポート を 出す 予定 です。
