J'ai fait un vol en ballon (Montgolfière) - Français Authentique

Salut, cher ami ! Bienvenue dans ce nouvel épisode de “Marcher avec Johan”. Une nouvelle fois, je me promène, je me balade, je marche et j'en profite tout simplement pour discuter avec toi, comme si nous marchions ensemble, et je le fais de façon spontanée. Aujourd'hui, ça va être peut-être un peu plus spontané que ce qu'on a fait dans les derniers épisodes, puisque dans les derniers épisodes de “Marcher avec Johan”, j'avais tendance à avoir un sujet quand même un peu préparé avec quelques idées, quelques pensées, à partager avec toi, et il s'agissait surtout d'épisodes de développement personnel, de sujets liés au développement personnel.

Aujourd'hui, ce que je voudrais faire dans cet épisode en tout cas, c'est prendre un sujet un peu général lié à ma vie, à une de mes expériences, et parler de façon spontanée autour de ce sujet tout simplement pour te donner un petit peu de contenu en français, t'enseigner un peu de vocabulaire tout en finalement t'apprenant peut-être des choses que tu ignores. Voilà un peu l'idée. Dans Français Authentique, on apprend le français, on apprend du vocabulaire tout en apprenant sur plein de choses, plein de sujets.

Et aujourd'hui, je voudrais te parler d'une expérience que j'ai pu avoir récemment, qui est un vol en ballon ou un vol en montgolfière. Ceux qui me suivent sur Instagram ont vu peut-être quelques photos circuler sur le sujet. C'était en fait mon deuxième vol.

Donc, qu'est-ce qu'un ballon ou une montgolfière ? Ce sont deux synonymes. Un ballon ou une montgolfière, c'est une sorte d'appareil, une sorte de véhicule, qui te permet de voler. Voler comment ? Eh bien c'est très simple. On gonfle un ballon comme un ballon de football peut-être ou un ballon qu'on utilise dans les différentes fêtes. On gonfle un ballon, on chauffe l'air qu'il y a à l'intérieur de ce ballon, et le ballon, il est attaché à ce qu'on appelle « une nacelle ».

Une nacelle, c'est tout simplement une sorte de cube dans lequel tu peux tenir debout, comme une petite boîte qui serait ouverte sur le dessus ou une grande boîte qui serait ouverte sur la partie supérieure, sur le dessus, et qui te permettrait de tenir debout, des adultes tiennent debout.

Cette nacelle est attachée au ballon. Quand on gonfle le ballon, on met de l'air dans le ballon et on chauffe l'air qu'il y a à l'intérieur du ballon, eh bien le ballon s'envole. Et il faut que régulièrement le pilote du ballon apporte, donc il tire sur… ou il active ce qu'on appelle « un brûleur », qui permet de chauffer l'air et de faire en sorte que le ballon monte, puisque l'air chaud va avoir tendance à tirer le ballon vers le haut, puisqu'il est plus léger l'air chaud que l'air froid. On ne va pas rentrer dans les détails techniques, que je ne maîtrise pas à 100% moi-même. Toujours est-il que c'est le phénomène physique qui se produit.

Donc, on appelle ça une montgolfière parce que ça a été inventé en fait par les frères Montgolfier et c'était juste avant la Révolution, je crois, en 1782, mais on va dire au début des années 1780, donc peu avant la Révolution française. Les frères Montgolfier ont inventé ce type de véhicule. En tout cas, ils ont rendu ce type de véhicule célèbre, puisque quand il y a des inventions, souvent en fait, ces inventions étaient déjà un peu testées à différents endroits. Donc, j'ai vu qu'au Portugal, un peu avant, il y avait déjà des tests qui avaient été faits, mais en tout cas, nous on appelle ça une montgolfière.

Et souvent, on a l'occasion de voir en été hein, bien souvent, des montgolfières dans le ciel et c'est quelque chose de splendide, puisqu'il y a vraiment une impression de calme, de douceur. On n'est pas dans un avion qui a un moteur et qui avance très vite, on est dans quelque chose qui flotte finalement et ça donne vraiment cet esprit de calme et de sérénité.

La région dans laquelle j'habite, à titre personnel, c'est la région Grand Est, donc c'est dans le Nord-Est de la France, c'est où j'habite moi-même, en tant qu'individu. Même si Français Authentique est basé au Luxembourg, moi je vis dans le Nord-Est. Et c'est une région qui a une tradition assez forte en ce qui concerne les ballons. Il y a dans la ville de Metz, juste à côté d'où j'habite, il y a chaque année un événement dans lequel des montgolfières décollent d'un même endroit, donc un rassemblement, auquel j'avais pu participer une fois en tant qu'invité.

Et il y a aussi… Donc là, c'est dans le département… Moi, j'habite dans le département de la Moselle. Mais dans le département voisin, en Meurthe-et-Moselle, il y a un événement qui a lieu tous les deux ans, me semble-t-il, qu'on appelle Mondial Air Ballons ou le Grand Est Mondial Air Ballons. C'est en fait le rassemblement de montgolfières le plus important du monde en termes de nombre de montgolfières, me semble-t-il, qui décollent.

Il y a un événement en Californie qui est aussi… ou aux États-Unis, je ne suis pas sûr que ce soit en Californie, qui est aussi très important, mais celui de… le Mondial Air Ballons, donc c'est international hein, j'ai vu des gens de différentes origines, eh bien il est réputé être le plus important, le plus grand du monde.

Du coup, j'ai eu la chance, puisqu'un de mes amis est pilote, j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire un autre vol. Le premier vol que j'avais fait, il y a deux ans, c'était un vol très calme, très doux. Nous avions décollé de Metz dans un environnement qui était sympa, parce que quand on décolle du centre d'une ville, forcément, lorsqu'on monte, on voit plein de bâtiments. On voyait la cathédrale de Metz vue du dessus etc. vue du ciel. Donc, c'est un moment vraiment très sympa.

Là, cette fois, c'était un peu différent, puisque… Et la première fois, j'avais décollé le soir, il était 18 heures, et dans des conditions météo très calme, il n'y avait pas de vent, tout était cool. Cette fois, c'était un peu différent, puisque j'ai décollé de Chambley. Chambley, c'est la ville dans laquelle se trouve justement le départ du Mondial Air Ballons. Et déjà, ce n'est pas en ville, c'est-à-dire que quand les montgolfières décollent, eh bien il n'y a pas de villes, de bâtiments etc. Et le décollage a eu lieu tôt le matin. On décollait, je crois, à sept heures dans des conditions météo un peu plus sportives, c'est-à-dire il y avait du vent, donc c'était un peu moins calme que la première fois.

Du coup, cette deuxième expérience était une expérience complètement différente, c'était splendide. Quand on a décollé, il y avait le soleil qui était levé depuis peu, donc un joli lever de soleil, plein de ballons à l'horizon, puisqu'à Chambley, il y a beaucoup de montgolfières qui décollent en même temps, contrairement à ce que j'avais pu voir à Metz. Et donc, c'était vraiment un décollage et un vol splendide.

Maintenant, les conditions météo ont fait que le vol était beaucoup moins calme que le premier vol auquel j'avais eu la chance de participer et notamment… Bon, le décollage en lui-même était OK hein. Il y avait beaucoup de vent, mais le décollage s'est très bien passé, mais ensuite, nous avons eu quelques incidents.

Alors, un incident, il ne faut pas confondre le mot « incident » et « accident ». Un accident, c'est vraiment il se passe quelque chose de problématique. Là, je suis en train de marcher. Si je tombe et que je me casse quelque chose, on va dire « j'ai eu un accident ». Si je roule avec ma voiture et que je tape un mur avec ma voiture, c'est un accident.

Un incident, c'est quelque chose qui n'est pas normal, qui n'est pas prévu, mais qui n'est pas grave. Donc, si je trébuche avec mes pieds en marchant et que je ne tombe pas, c'est un incident. Ce n'était pas prévu, j'étais censé marcher calmement, mais je ne suis pas tombé, je ne me suis pas fait mal. Si je suis en voiture et que je doive freiner brusquement, je doive m'arrêter de façon très rapide pour éviter un animal par exemple, c'est un incident. Il n'y a pas d'accident parce que le résultat n'est pas négatif.

Et lors de ce vol en ballon, ce deuxième vol en ballon, nous avons eu un incident ou plusieurs incidents. Je vais t'en citer deux finalement, qui restent finalement, je garde un très bon souvenir de ce vol, mais il a été complètement, disons, différent du premier en ce sens.

Le premier incident, c'est en fait à un moment, on était avec le pilote qui est mon très bon ami, qui pilotait etc. et nous étions proches d'un autre ballon. Il faut faire attention évidemment, quand c'est comme ça. Il y a deux ballons proches, il faut éviter que les deux ballons se touchent évidemment, parce que ça pourrait créer un incident ou un accident, du coup il faut faire attention.

Donc, mon ami était très concentré sur ce point. Il a communiqué avec le pilote de l'autre ballon, parce que nous étions tellement proches qu'il était possible de nous parler. Donc, les pilotes se parlaient, ils disaient : « Moi je vais monter, moi je vais aller par-là etc. » Ils communiquaient pour éviter une collision. Une collision, c'est quand deux choses se touchent. Donc on ne voulait pas qu'il y ait une collision entre les ballons, on ne voulait pas que les ballons se touchent.

Et en se concentrant donc sur ce risque, mon ami a finalement un petit peu sous-estimé, ou il y a d'autres facteurs et d'autres choses qui peuvent expliquer ça, mais il arrivait très proche de la cime de différents arbres. Donc, il y avait des arbres qui étaient en haut d'une colline, donc des grands arbres en haut d'une colline. Et nous, nous arrivions tout droit, donc nous n'étions pas en train de monter. Et mon ami a dit : « Ah, nous allons toucher le haut des arbres, la cime des arbres ». La cime, c'est la partie vraiment du haut d'un arbre, la partie supérieure.

Bien sûr, c'est très impressionnant. Bon, pas vraiment pour lui, parce qu'il est habitué, mais pour des gens comme nous, donc les passagers novices, c'est impressionnant. C'est impressionnant, puisque la nacelle, donc c'est ce que je t'expliquais tout à l'heure, l'espèce de boîte ouverte sur le dessus dans laquelle nous étions, a touché le haut des arbres, la cime des arbres. Donc forcément, ça fait un choc, ça tape, le ballon bouge un peu.

Et du coup, même s'il n'y a pas de problème, nous sommes repartis sans aucun souci, forcément, ça donne quelques émotions, quelques frayeurs, notamment moi qui suis un peu anxieux de nature, j'imaginais déjà ou mon cerveau un peu fou imaginait déjà que la nacelle allait se pencher, que nous allions tomber etc. Donc, tu peux imaginer. C'était le premier incident.

Et le deuxième incident s'est produit lors de l'atterrissage. L'atterrissage, c'est quand le ballon se pose sur le sol à la fin du vol, évidemment. Dans atterrissage, tu retrouves le mot « terre ». Donc, un avion qui est dans le ciel et qui atterrit, il touche la terre et il arrive sur la terre, au sol.

Je te disais que lors de ce vol, il y avait des conditions météo un petit peu complexes et notamment en termes de vent. Et ça, c'est un problème pour un ballon, puisque quand le ballon se pose, la nacelle touche le sol, il y a un ballon gonflé au-dessus, donc le vent va pousser le ballon. Et ça peut faire un effet un peu comme un cerf-volant ou une planche à voile qui va entraîner la nacelle au sol.

C'est un petit peu ce qui s'est passé, c'est-à-dire que mon ami le pilote a commencé à atterrir, nous avons tapé le sol assez fort, il ne pouvait pas arriver tout doucement, il devait vraiment atterrir et toucher le sol rapidement pour ne pas être entraîné par le vent. Donc, il a touché le sol assez fort, le ballon s'est couché vers le sol et a été un peu entraîné par le vent. Donc, ce n'était pas très loin, ce n'était même pas 10 mètres, mais ça fait un atterrissage très très impressionnant, parce que tu es couché dans la nacelle, les passagers les uns sur les autres, et le ballon t'a entraîné un peu plus loin. Donc, c'est quelque chose qui est assez impressionnant.

Et voilà, nous sommes arrivés au sol, plus de peur que de mal. Nous avons bien rigolé, bien ri. Et ça marquait la fin de ce vol qui était certes sportif, entre guillemets, c'est-à-dire peu calme, avec quelques incidents justement et beaucoup d'actions, d'activités, mais c'était quelque chose de vraiment fantastique, que nous avons adoré. Je garde encore une fois un souvenir extraordinaire de ce vol avec mon ami et d'autres passagers et c'est une expérience vraiment splendide. Si j'ai l'occasion de faire un troisième vol, eh bien je le ferai avec un grand plaisir.

Donc, voilà ce que je voulais te raconter aujourd'hui. Donc, comme je t'ai dit hein, dans ce genre d'épisode, c'est vraiment, je partage des choses générales pour t'enseigner du vocabulaire. Je pense que c'est pas mal pour toi parce que tu as eu par exemple l'occasion de comprendre la différence entre incident et accident. Ça me donne des prétextes pour t'exprimer ou pour t'expliquer des mots et pour apprendre des choses. Peut-être que tu ne connaissais pas toutes ces subtilités sur les vols en ballon et je suis très heureux de pouvoir ou d'avoir pu partager ça avec toi.
