Quanto que você estudou durante toda a sua vida pra fazer o que você faz hoje com muita

tranquilidade?

É difícil às vezes a gente conseguir dar valor pra uma coisa que é tão nossa, que

Eu sei que parece uma pergunta um tanto quanto estranha, mas pensa por um segundo quão difícil

é de a gente conseguir dar valor pra uma coisa que acontece com a gente o tempo todo.

Que faz parte do nosso dia a dia.

Na verdade não existe uma unidade de medida, não existe um padrão, não existe uma referência

nenhuma pra saber quanto que vale o seu tempo.

Só você quanto que vale o seu tempo, afinal quanto tempo de vida você imagina que você

vai ter?

Qual que é a importância do que você faz para as outras pessoas?

Você é único no que faz, ou tem outras pessoas que também fazem?

O que você faz é original ou é algo que qualquer pessoa pode fazer?

Em primeiro lugar eu te digo, mostre o diferencial, as pessoas precisam entender porque elas querem

você, e só você, e ninguém mais.

Já ouviu aquela história da mulher que estava chegando em casa, foi tentar abrir a porta,

a chave quebrou, ela não conseguia destrancar a porta pra poder entrar dentro de casa, e

ela se obrigou a chamar um chaveiro?

Ela chamou o chaveiro, o chaveiro foi lá e resolveu tudo em 5 minutos, e na hora de

cobrar ele passou o valor de sei lá R$ 150, R$ 200 pra fazer aquilo.

A mulher ficou full pistola porque afinal como assim vai cobrar esse valor pra fazer

o que foi feito em 5 minutos?

Mas a questão não é o valor, não é o dinheiro, o preço que ela pagou por isso,

agregado no serviço de alguém.

Tempo não significa qualidade, assim como currículo não significa experiência.

Todos nós sabemos inconscientemente, que seja, o valor do nosso serviço, o valor do

nosso produto.

Experimente descobrir o que o mundo acha.

Você trabalha com produto é muito mais fácil chegar a um valor do que se você trabalha

com serviço, porque produto é uma coisa que tu sabe exatamente tudo que foi posto

ali dentro.

Se você vai vender pão, por exemplo, você sabe que tem a farinha de trigo, você sabe

que tem o leite, você sabe que tem a mão de obra, o tempo que você empregou ali, então,

E aí digamos que vem um fotógrafo e cobra R$ 1.000.

Eu não sei qual que é o valor que os fotógrafos cobram.

Obviamente a pessoa sempre vai procurar o valor mais barato, aí tu acha um que cobra

R$ 100, e tu vai com esse de cem reais.

E todo aquele momento bonito que você quer guardar da sua vida, com certeza não vai

ter as melhores fotos.

Também eu não quero dizer pra você ser empreendedor, que todas as pessoas precisem

empreender na vida, afinal seria empreendedor se não tivessem funcionários pra trabalhar

pra essas pessoas.

Mas mesmo sendo empreendedor, mesmo sendo funcionário, jamais rebaixe o seu valor por

uma carteira assinada.

Saiba exatamente quanto que você vale.

Se você tiver um contratante que acha que você vale menos que você está pedindo,

vai procurar outro, alguém vai te pagar o valor que você precisa.

Quanto mais você baixa o valor do seu serviço e do seu produto, mais você está prostituindo

a sua classe.

Aí, meu caro, não adianta ter nenhuma graduação, nenhuma pós-graduação, qualquer doutorado

que isso não vai te salvar.

Então, como dica, eu te digo, não tenha medo de ser competitivo.
