#78 Marianne & Serge – Housing, Part 2

Serge : pour rester dans les histoires de logement, nous, le feuilleton des problèmes de logement ne s'est pas terminé à ce problème pour Anne… Marianne : oui Serge : c'est que dans la foulée, quelques jours après, on a appris que notre… tu sais que je… on avait acheté un petit appartement, un petit studio à Pessac – c'est une commune qui touche Bordeaux – qui est très bien situé par rapport aux facultés pour les étudiants… on avait acheté un petit studio, au début c'était pour Anne, et en fait au moment où elle a eu son bac et elle avait décidé de faire médecine, elle a voulu faire de la colocation avec cette copine… c'est difficile tu sais pour… elle avait toujours été chez nous, du jour au lendemain, se retrouver toute seule, elle a eu un petit peu peur de çà et sa copine, c'était le même problème ; donc elles avaient décidé de faire de la colocation, ce qui n'était pas une mauvaise idée, donc il a fallu que je loue c'est appartement, on pouvait pas le laisser vide hein, parce que çà… donc j'ai du le louer ! Alors c'est vrai qu'on le louait très facilement parce que c'est vrai qu'il est tellement bien placé que les étudiants ils se jetaient dessus comme des morts de faim. Et là, le dernier locataire que j'ai eu, c'était pas un étudiant, c'était un géomètre qui s'était séparé de son amie, donc ils avaient un appartement très grand, et puis maintenant lui, un studio lui suffisait. Et en fait, il a perdu son emploi, et il a trouvé un autre truc dans sa région d'origine, qui est Nantes, ce qui fait que, ben il m'a donné son congé et… donc il a fallu à nouveau passer des annonces, et puis après, faire visiter, et bon, çà y est, j'ai trouvé à le relouer, mais enfin tu vois, c'est des soucis et... le dernier truc qui nous est arrivé… toujours au sujet du logement, c'est que la maison qu'on loue actuellement… Marianne : oui Serge : la propriétaire est décédée il y a quatre, cinq mois à peu près… Marianne : oui. Serge : alors c'était une dame âgée, elle avait 92 ans, ce qui fait que c'est une de ses deux filles qui gérait donc cette maison et qui… et elle nous avait dit : « mais ne vous inquiétez pas, de toute façon c'est une maison de famille nous on va, on ne va pas la vendre, on veut la garder etc, donc ne vous faites pas de soucis » ! Et en fait, là ils sont en train de faire la succession et çà va être officialisé fin septembre avec le notaire, et il se trouve que c'est sa sœur qui va finalement hériter de la maison… Marianne : oui ! Serge : et sa sœur veut la récupérer pour y loger son fils. Marianne : ah ! Serge : ce qui, ce qu'elle a tout à fait le droit d'ailleurs aussi de le faire. Alors disons que le préavis est un peu plus long, c'est que je crois qu'il faut six mois avant la fin du bail pour nous signifier qu'ils veulent récupérer la maison. Donc çà nous laisse un peu de temps mais le temps passe très, très, très vite… Marianne : oui ! Serge : et il va falloir qu'on trouve autre chose… et comme on a pris goût à Andernos, on ne voudrait pas en partir mais… c'est une ville tellement chère au niveau des loyers et des… donc on est… on va être bientôt nous aussi au pied du mur et… et ben voilà, on ne sait pas trop ce qu'on va faire… donc tu vois, on a eu coup sur coup trois trucs au moment des vacances, çà nous a… Marianne : oui ! Serge : voilà ! A la limite, on était presque content de rentrer pour pouvoir s'occuper de tous les… tous ces problèmes là ! Et puis il y en a déjà deux qui sont résolus puisque Anne, on a trouvé pour elle et puis le studio j'ai réussi à le relouer. Je ne sais pas si les propriétaires sont tenus de proposer quelque chose aux gens qui… Marianne : pas, pas forcément parce que… Serge : quand c'est un organisme oui mais quand c'est un particulier je pense pas qu'il soit tenu… Marianne : non parce qu'il y a plusieurs années, bon çà fait des années là qu'on est dans cette… dans ce quartier là à Melun… mais… avant, on était dans un immeuble qui était privé, donc… mais la propriétaire elle a décidé de vendre ! Donc y avait un préavis, mais c'est nous qui devions nous débrouiller… enfin mes parents parce que moi j'étais trop petite, mes parents ont du se débrouiller pour trouver un appartement ! Serge : oui donc c'est je pense ce qui va se passer, et donc on a devancé un peu les choses, bien qu'on ait pas à le faire encore puisqu'ils ne nous ont pas encore signifié officiellement la chose, il faut déjà que la succession soit officiellement terminée avec le notaire, donc c'est fin septembre, et après, on peut en profiter si on veut jusqu'au premier juin l'année prochaine et… à la limite c'est reculer pour mieux sauter parce que tôt ou tard il faudra bien partir et si on n'a rien fin mai l'année prochaine, là on va être vraiment, on va être pris à la gorge, on va être au pied du mur, faudra, faudra prendre une décision ! Et moi j'ai peur que la décision ce soit ben de… quitter la ville là et d'aller plus sur Bordeaux… Marianne : oui Serge : où les prix sont quand même… y aura plus de choix déjà et les prix sont probablement un peu meilleur marché, un peu seulement hein, pas énormément, la région est quand même assez prisée et c'est quand même relativement cher, voilà ! Marianne : ben nous, quand la propriétaire elle a vendu ben… il a fallu prendre ce qu'il y avait quoi, parce qu'il était pas possible d'attendre trop longtemps… et puis les appartements çà se trouvait pas comme çà dans la rue ! Serge : bien sûr ! Marianne : donc ben avant on habitait au centre ville, c'était quand même mieux… quand il a fallu venir dans ce quartier là, bon ben… on n'a pas le choix hein ! Et c'était bien parce que au centre ville on … ben la propriétaire, elle avait, elle possédait l'immeuble… et puis, ben elle, est avait tout un étage, puis elle n'y habitait plus… et puis en bas, c'était un petit vieux et puis malheureusement il est décédé… et ben nous, on avait tout un étage et puis après comme il n'y avait plus personne, et ben on était les seuls dans l'immeuble ! Donc c'était impeccable ! Mais là, pour déménager on verra pour partir dans une autre ville qui n'est pas trop loin, y a des quartiers qui sont pas mal, et des petits pavillons dans un… ce sera quand même plus calme, plus… avantageux ! Serge : oui Marianne : enfin on va voir à partir de septembre… pas le choix ! Serge : ben moi j'en étais presque à souhaiter une mutation tu vois ! Comme çà, quitte à partir, au moins, je savais pourquoi, parce que j'étais muté, le déménagement aurait été payé et puis… Marianne : ben tu peux pas demander ? Serge : non parce que le problème c'est que si je suis muté, je sais très bien la destination qu'ils vont me proposer… Marianne : Paris ? Serge : je parierais ma solde… Paris ! Voilà, et je ne veux pas aller là-bas ! Je ne veux pas aller là-bas parce que… ben tu le sais mieux que moi, pour se loger, c'est très, très difficile, c'est très cher, ma femme perdra son emploi de toute façon… est-ce qu'elle en retrouvera ? C'est… Marianne : moins sûr ? Serge : je… c'est moins sûr ! Alors moi je vois que des inconvénients à aller à Paris ! Si je pouvais être sûr de me loger intra muros dans Paris, alors là oui ! Je crois que j'aimerais bien être à Paris parce que… tu n'as même plus besoin de voiture quand tu es dans Paris hein ? Et puis tu es… tu as plein de choses à faire ! Mais comme ce sera pas le cas, je ne veux pas aller là-bas ! Marianne : non parce que vaut mieux vivre à Paris même que dans la banlieue ! Serge : ah oui ! Oui ! Marianne : c'est pas la peine ! Serge : sinon c'est pas la peine et comme y a quatre-vingt dix neuf chances sur cent que je sois obligé de vivre dans la banlieue, euh non ! Marianne : çà vaut pas le coup ! Serge : çà vaut pas le coup non ! Ma femme qui est du genre plutôt insouciante, elle laisserait bien venir les choses… et puis tu vois, se réveiller un mois avant et dire : « Ah tiens, mais faudrait peut-être qu'on fasse quelque chose » ! Voilà, moi c'est plutôt l'inverse, je serais plutôt du genre un peu… pessimiste alors je vais essayer d'anticiper au maximum les choses mais… tu peux pas anticiper de trop non plus… alors… c'est pas évident ! Marianne : t'essaye de prévoir au mieux ! Serge : oui ! Marianne : comme on dit : « y a toujours un grain de sable » ! Serge : sachant que nous les mutations, en principe… elles sont notifiées avant Noël… en général… Marianne : oui Serge : donc à ce moment là je saurai eux, ce qu'ils veulent faire, les propriétaires, je le saurai officiellement… je saurai moi, si je suis muté ou pas… j'aurai déjà plus de certitudes et après, donc suivant le cas bon ben, j'aurai plus trop le choix donc je… faudra que je fonce et puis… voilà, on trouvera une solution mais… pour l'instant on est un petit peu dans l'expectative ! Marianne : après les fêtes en janvier, bon ben là ce sera possible de voir çà… Serge : on est parti sur les vacances, c'est un sujet joyeux et puis après on a parlé des soucis de logement mais bon c'est la vie… Marianne : oui mais enfin, si… si tout se passe bien, s'il est possible que toi t'arrives à trouver… toi et ta femme vous arriviez à trouver quelque chose qui est pas trop mal, si nous on arrive à aller là où on veut… Serge : oui ! Marianne : ce serait bien, donc… je pense que ce sera même mieux donc… des fois y a quelques petites difficultés mais... pour avoir quelque chose de mieux, de toute façon y a pas le choix, faut foncer ! Très bien, et bien sur ce… Serge : oui Marianne : je vais te souhaiter une bonne soirée ! Serge : merci, à toi aussi ! Marianne : et puis, à la semaine prochaine ! Serge : oui, jeudi prochain ! Marianne : et on parlera… les vacances seront terminées, on parlera quand même des… comment… de la légion d'honneur ! Serge : ah oui, c'est un sujet qu'on avait décidé de... Marianne : oui ! Oui !
