Some useful conjunctions in Armenian.

Բայց-but

Իսկ-while

և,ու-and

կամ-or

որովհետև-because

որպեսզի-because of

սակայն-but, while

The conjunction իսկ can only join complete sentences with separate subjects.

The conjunctions և, ու, can join words as well as phrase and sentences.

Անին ու Աննան տանն են,իսկ Արամը գրասենյակում է։ Ani and Anna are at home,while Aram is in the office.
