Stiamo percorrendo la via verde, cioè una pista ciclabile che va lungo tutta la costa.

Questa è la costa dei trabocchi, quindi lungo la via ci sarà un bellissimo panorama da vedere.

A questo punto è rimasto solo il brodo e si porteranno via questo coccio e ce lo riporteranno con la pasta,

perché ci cucinano la pasta nel brodetto di pesce.

Come appena spiegato, è tradizione utilizzare il brodetto rimasto per cuocere la pasta, non si butta via niente.
