Al Dente Podcast, 007 - Memoria, cantare e ingrediente misterioso (23 novembre 2012)

007 - Memoria, cantare e ingrediente misterioso (23 novembre 2012)

Ciao a tutti!

"Dove, in Italia?"

", vi domanderete sicuramente, come ho fatto anch'io.

Ciao a tutti! Hello everyone! I'm Francesca and I welcome you to the Podcast "Al dente!" It is November 23, and today I will talk about memory and distraction, then the habit of singing in the car and finally a mysterious ingredient that you have to guess [1]. Allora, cominciamo subito e buon ascolto! So let's start right away and listen!

Dear friends, before I forget it, I speak to you immediately of the first theme, that is, memory. And I immediately start with a question: does it happen to you sometimes to forget important things? És azonnal azzal a kérdéssel kezdjem: néha elfelejt-e fontos dolgokat is? Negli ultimi tempi a me succede più spesso del solito. In recent times it happens to me more often than usual. Maybe because I do too many things at a time. I talk on the phone, I turn the sauce with the ladle [2], I think about the job ... In short, I am distracted by a thousand different thoughts while I do things. Telefonon beszélek, megfordítom a mártást a kanállal [2], gondolok a munkára ... Röviden: ezer különféle gondolat zavart el, míg dolgozom. O forse queste sono solo scuse. Oder vielleicht sind das nur Ausreden. Or maybe these are just excuses. Ou peut-être ne s'agit-il que d'excuses. Vagy ezek csak kifogások. Ya da belki bunlar sadece bahanedir. Ammettiamolo, forse è l'età. Seien wir ehrlich, vielleicht ist es Alter. Let's face it, maybe it's age. Admettons-le, c'est peut-être l'âge. Nézzünk szembe a tényekkel, talán életkorban van. Dies ist Lucas Standpunkt: "Mama, du bist alt. This is Luca's point of view: "Mom, you are old. Ez Luca szempontjából: "Anyu, öreg vagy. È normale." It is normal." For a teenager, all those over 20 are matusa [3], now I know. I did not know it yet six years ago. Luca was first grade and I was waiting for him to leave school. It was a cold and windy December afternoon and I had put a gray hat on my head. A child then looks at me and says: "Are you Luca's grandmother?" !!" I open my eyes [4] and say to him: "Hey, are you kidding ?? !!" !!" Gözlerimi kocaman açtım ve "Hey, benimle dalga mı geçiyorsun?!!" dedim. E lui: "Allora sei la zia?" And he said, "So you are the aunt?" Azt mondta: "Szóval te vagy a nagynénje?" Mi prende lo sconforto. Ich fühle mich entmutigt. I feel discouraged. Le découragement m'envahit. Nyugodtan érzem magam. In quel preciso momento mi sento: vecchia, brutta, praticamente una befana [5]. At that precise moment I feel: old, ugly, practically a witch [5]. Abban a pillanatban érzem magam: öreg, csúnya, gyakorlatilag Vízkereszt. Sarà per il cappello? Kann es am Hut liegen? Will it be for the hat? Est-ce à cause du chapeau ? A kalapnak lesz? Şapka yüzünden mi? Oddio, come sono combinata! Oh mein Gott, wie gut ich bin! Oh my God, how I'm combined! E non so proprio da dove cominciare. I have to redo the look, I think, here it takes a beautician, a new hairdresser ... And I do not know where to start. Then a friend tells me that it's completely normal. Children do not distinguish the age of adults well. A gyermekek nem teszik egyértelműen különbséget a felnőttek korában. Çocuklar yetişkinlerin yaşını iyi ayırt edemezler. Meno male. Gott sei Dank. Thank god. Talking with friends is very important, in these cases, it is very therapeutic. But I didn't wear that hat afterwards. What happened to me last week, though, is really too much. Ami azonban történt velem a múlt héten, valóban túl sok. So it's Wednesday and I have a business appointment at seven-thirty in the evening. I cook something, eat, prepare and leave, leaving my two men at home with the dog. Főzek valamit, eszek, felkészülök és kimegyek, a két embert otthon hagyva a kutyával. Very happy to go out and go to my appointment. Boldog, hogy kimentem, és megyek a találkozómra. Ah, che senso di libertà… L'autobus arriva puntuale, salgo e mi metto a sedere. Ah, what a sense of freedom ... The bus arrives on time, I get up and sit down. Ó, milyen a szabadság érzése ... A busz időben megérkezik, felszállok és leülök. For the sake of shooting out the briefcase from the bag to check the exact place of the meeting ... Yes, I'm on time, but ... a moment ... Oh, the appointment is not for tonight, it's for tomorrow! Vigyázatosságból kihúzzam a notebookot a táskámból, hogy ellenőrizhessem a pontos találkozási helyet ... Igen, időben vagyok, de ... várj egy percet ... Ó, Istenem, a kinevezés ma este nincs, holnapra szól! Vicdan azabından çantamdan ajandamı çıkarıp toplantının tam yerini kontrol ediyorum... Evet, tam zamanında geldim ama... bir dakika... Aman Tanrım, randevu bu gece değil, yarın! Mi prende un colpo. Ich brauche einen Schuss. He takes me a shot. J'ai un choc. It is the first time that I have missed a day! I get off the bus on the fly [6] and with the tail between the legs [7] I go back home. I hardly dare to look at Luca's face. In fact you can imagine his laughter as soon as I enter the house and explain why I came back. "Ahaha, mamma, ma che ti succede?! „Ahaha, Mama, was ist mit dir los?! "Ahaha, Mom, what's wrong with you ?! Stai proprio invecchiando!" Du wirst wirklich alt!" You're just getting old! " Tényleg idősödsz! " Gerçekten yaşlanıyorsun!" Gli avrei tirato il collo [8]. Ich hätte an seinem Hals gezogen [8]. I would have pulled his neck [8]. Je lui aurais tordu le cou [8]. Meghúztam volna a nyakát [8]. My partner then looks at me with understanding and confesses that he too today has forgotten [9] to make an important call. Allora prendo coraggio e chiamo Luca nel mio studio. Also fasse ich Mut und rufe Luca in meinem Büro an. So I take courage and call Luca in my studio. "Caro ragazzo, ora tu ti siedi e mi ascolti. "Dear boy, now you sit and listen to me. First of all I'm not so old. And if that's why your memory is much worse than mine. Furthermore, memory does not depend only on age. "Distrazione? „Distraction? "Distraction? E che cos'è?" Und was ist das? " And what is it?" А что это такое?" fa lui, pensando a una nuova malattia. er denkt an eine neue Krankheit. he says, thinking of a new disease. "Distraction ... is when you're not focused, think of something else." "E dipende dall'età la tua … distrazione?" "Und hängt deine ... Ablenkung vom Alter ab?" "And your ... distraction depends on age?" "Non proprio. "Nicht genau. "Not exactly. "Nem igazán. " Did I ever tell you about when, in just over 20 years, I took the wrong train to go to my first day at work? " Luca sgrana gli occhi [10]. Lucas Augen weiteten sich [10]. Luca opens his eyes [10]. Les yeux de Luca s'écarquillent [10]. "Dove, in Italia?" "Sì, carino. "Yes, nice. Ero alla stazione di Siena. I was at the Siena station. I had to take the train to Florence and instead after a few minutes I realized I was on top of that ... for Rome. "Ma è grande la stazione di Siena?" "Aber ist der Bahnhof von Siena groß?" "But is the Siena station great?" "Eh, beh, certo! "Eh, well, sure! " mento spudoratamente [11]. "Kinn schamlos [11]. "shamelessly chin [11]. "Je mens sans vergogne [11]. "szégyentelen álla [11]. [11]. La stazione di Siena è minuscola. The Siena station is tiny. Pochissime destinazioni. Sehr wenige Reiseziele. Very few destinations. Nagyon kevés rendeltetési hely. Solo trenini regionali e 4 o 5 binari. Only regional trains and 4 or 5 tracks. "E allora che cosa hai fatto?" "So, what did you do?" "Итак, что ты сделал?" mi chiede. ask me. "Eh, che dovevo fare? "Eh, was sollte ich tun? "Eh, what was I supposed to do? The train had left ... I got off at the first stop, luckily after about ten kilometers. " And then I hitchhiked to a truck that was going to Florence. "Then you're just a hopeless case", the petition tells me in response [12]. "Yes, right. È natura. Es ist Natur. It is nature. Vedi? You see? Vous voyez ? L'età non c'entra nulla. Alter hat nichts damit zu tun. Age has nothing to do with it. And it is probable, dear, that you took from me that little head that you find. Ve büyük ihtimalle, canım, o küçük kafayı benden almışsındır. Quanti ombrelli hai già perso in questo autunno, tu?" Wie viele Regenschirme hast du diesen Herbst schon verloren? " How many umbrellas have you already lost this fall, you? Lo vedo un po' pensieroso. Ich sehe es ein wenig nachdenklich. I see it a little thoughtful. Kicsit elgondolkodónak látom. Then he shrugs and leaves. E io finalmente mi sento più tranquilla. Und ich fühle mich endlich friedlicher. And I finally feel calmer. I will also be old, but at least my good mood has returned.

Flipping through the newspapers we learn about really incredible news. Listen to this: do you like listening to music? And do you have fun singing along with your favorite singers, maybe when you're sure you do not hear from anyone? Well, then I have to give you bad news: singing is good, it's fun, yes, you can do it in the shower or wherever you want, but ... not in the car. Scientists, who are just ... killasters [13], say that singing in the car can be dangerous. "E perché mai? "Und warum um alles in der Welt? "Why on earth? ", vi domanderete sicuramente, come ho fatto anch'io. ", you will surely wonder, as I did too. Scholars have shown that those who sing in the car go slower, have a more regular driving rhythm, yes, but have slower reflexes and therefore have longer reaction times in front of the dangers. A tudósok bebizonyították, hogy azok, akik az autóban énekelnek, lassabban haladnak, rendszeresebb vezetési ritmussal rendelkeznek, igen, de lassabb a reflexük, ezért hosszabb reakcióidővel járnak a veszélyekkel szemben. In short, singing can lead to accidents. But look a bit ', you can not do anything in the car. You can not, rightly, call if you do not have the speakerphone. You can't eat. Now it's not even good to sing. Tinkering [14] with the navigation system, however, can we? Ancak uydu navigasyonu ile oynamak [14] mümkün mü? E fumare, allora? Was ist dann mit Rauchen? And smoking then? Akkor mi lesz a dohányzással? Non potrebbe cadere la sigaretta? Konnte er die Zigarette nicht fallen lassen? Could not the cigarette fall? And then it depends on the music, scientists continue. If you sing sad music, then driving is safer, more regular. Singing cheerful songs instead is more distracting from driving. This then ...! So, dear friends, let's be careful: when we are in the car no happy music and bite our lips when we want to sing .... But though: you know that I never leave you with bad news! Also: In Sizilien gibt es ein Hotel namens "Art Hotel". Then: there is a hotel in Sicily called "Art hotel". It's a hotel out of the ordinary, I've been there a few years ago. It is very particular because some rooms have been designed by artists and are therefore real works of art. But the most sensational thing is the elevator. And why? Nichts passiert. Eheh, feel a little: you enter this elevator, press a button and ... Nothing happens. Sadece şarkı söylersen işe yarar! Bello, vero? It only works if you start singing!

Beautiful, is not it? And now, I'd like to end today's episode with a quiz. It is an ingredient widely used in Italian cuisine, especially in the southern one [15]. Some call it "the red gold" of the table. Verstehen, was es ist? Understand what it is? Let's see, I'll try to help you ... So, we said it's red, and it's called "gold" because it has many therapeutic properties. It is a plant native to America: Atzechi, Maya and the Incas already used it as a medicinal remedy. It has a high content of vitamin C, in addition to vitamins A, K and B. And then, this is interesting: it can also have positive effects on beauty and eros. A real aphrodisiac [16]! But many say they can't eat it because it "burns the stomach". It is not true: in the popular tradition of many regions of southern Italy there is a digestive infusion [17] made of warm chamomile with the addition of a teaspoon of powder of this ingredient and a little honey. Of course, like all foods, it must be used with balance and moderation. Vediamo chi indovina! Zu viel zu essen kann weh tun. Eating too much can hurt.
