トラフグ は 、福岡 県 や 山口 県 など 日本 の 西 の ほう で とれる 高級な 魚 です。 福島 県 で は 2018年 まで 、1年 に 1t 以上 とれる こと が ありません でした。 しかし 、2019年 から 増え 始めて 、2021年 は 27.8t とれました。 3年 で 10倍 ぐらい 増えて います。

福島 県 の 水産 資源 研究 所 は 、来月 から トラフグ を 育てる 試験 を 行います。 冬 の 福島 県 の 海 と 同じ ぐらい の 温度 の 水 の 中 で トラフグ を 育てて 、何度 まで 元気で いる こと が できる か を 調べます。 普通 は 5月 ごろ に 卵 を 産む トラフグ が 、いつ 卵 を 産む かも 調べます。

試験 は 、来年 の 夏 まで 続ける 予定 です。 水産 資源 研究 所 は 、福島 県 の 近く で たくさん とれて いる 理由 を 調べたい と 話して います。
