Paula: Morning Carl! I've already emailed you the quotes.

Carl: Sorry? What quotes are you talking about?

Paula: Hum, I've sent you the quotes you asked me yesterday.

Carl: Oh sure, the quotes! Thanks a lot Paula, I appreciate it.

Paula: And I've also scheduled your flight for 2 pm today, okay?

Carl: Gosh, I completely forgot it! This has been one of those weeks…

Paula: I've noticed everyone's been really busy.

One more thing, I've left the folders on your desk.

Carl: Alright, thanks Paula! I don't know what I'd do without you.

Paula: That's very kind of you to say, I'm just doing my job!
