Lesson 47 - And Old Dream

Have you ever been to a ski resort? It's so much fun!

If you still haven't been to one, you definitely should!

So, it was an old dream of mine to learn how to snowboard

as I come from a country which has absolutely no snow.

The resort staff strongly advised me to take a few lessons first

otherwise I'd spend more time on the floor than on the board.

Well, I was too excited to wait so I decided to take my chances

on the easiest line without any instruction at all.

Turns out that the resort staff was absolutely right; it just didn't happen!

So after failing I decided to take a few lessons with an instructor

who taught me the basics so I could enjoy my ride. That was awesome!

One thing is for sure: I already know what to do next winter.
