2.06 (V) Email Introductions

Two authors I really admire, Kenneth Roman and Joel Raphaelson, have this great quote in their book called Writing That Works. It says, quote, the speed and ease of email and word processing serve as an invitation to sloppy writing, end quote, isn't that true?
