#83: 雾 霾 中 的 中国

最近 一段时间 ， 中国 的 很多 城市 笼罩 在 一片 雾 霾 当中 。 空气 的 质量 很差 ， 人们 只好 带 着 口罩 出门 。 很多 在 户外 的 活动 都 取消 了 。 那雾 霾 究竟 是 什么 ？ 到底 是 什么 原因 导致 了 这么 严重 的 雾 霾 ？ 雾 霾 ， 也 叫 烟霞 ， 简单 地说 ， 就是 空气 中 含有 大量 的 灰尘 和 水分 。 雾 霾 天 ， 外面 是 白茫茫 一片 。 能见度 很 低 ， 也就是说 ， 人们 能 看清楚 东西 的 距离 很 短 。 所以 根本 看不见 蓝天 和 白云 了 。 雾 霾 天 ， 出门 比较 危险 。 开车 的 人 只好 打开 车灯 ， 降低 速度 。 学校 也 只能 停课 。 老人 和 孩子 尽可能 待在家里 不 出门 。 想 出门 运动 的 人 也 只好 放弃 了 。 雾 霾 对 人 的 身体 有 严重 的 危害 ， 会 引起 人 的 疾病 。 最 直接 的 ， 就是 会 影响 人 的 呼吸系统 。 在 北方 的 一些 大城市 ， 特别 是 北京 ， 雾 霾 尤其 严重 。 有 一次 ， 我 在 北京 打车 ， 就 听 司机 抱怨 说 ， 在 北京 生活 ， 寿命 会 缩短 。 对于 为什么 会 有 雾 霾 ， 一般 人 都 明白 这个 原因 。 中国 正在 快速 地 发展 经济 ， 但是 在 政治 和 环境保护 上 ， 还 很 落后 。 大量 的 工厂 和 建筑工地 ， 燃煤 发电 ， 以及 汽车尾气 ， 是 造成 雾 霾 的 最 主要 原因 。 现在 ， 人们 意识 到 了 这个 问题 的 严重性 ， 决定 开始 治理环境 。 不过 ， 还有 一些 不负责任 的 “ 专家 ” 和 媒体 却 提出 了 一些 非常 可笑 的 说法 。 比如 ： 雾 霾 来自 厨房 。 因为 中国 人 在 厨房 里 炒菜 ， 会 产生 大量 的 烟 。 于是 就 产生 了 雾 霾 。 还有 人 说 ， 是 燃放烟花 爆竹 ， 点 蚊香 产生 了 雾 霾 ， 等等 。 有人 开玩笑 说 ， 如果 没有 这些 “ 专家 ” 和 媒体 ， 中国 的 雾 霾 可能 不会 这么 严重 。
