It was a pleasure to meet you today, Katja! We were able to communicate pretty well for our first meeting and I can tell that you will learn English quickly! It was interesting to me that you knew Italian so well.

Maybe I need to remember some of what I used to know.

We both enjoy cooking, especially baking.

We also both like comedy.

I know that we will get along well! You have traveled a lot around Europe.

I envy that.

I hope to go to many countries when I am living there soon.

I found it interesting that you admire Queen Elizabeth so much even though you are not a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

I agree with you.

She is a smart lady.

I have never seen her confused by a question and her answers are always intelligent.

I would enjoy meeting her as well.

I look forward to our talk tomorrow! We are going to talk about our love of cooking and it will be very interesting.

Na našem prvem srečanju smo se lahko kar dobro sporazumeli in lahko rečem, da se boste hitro naučili angleško! It was interesting to me that you knew Italian so well. Zanimivo mi je bilo, da tako dobro znaš italijansko.
