Hi I hope you are enjoying your evening it was nice speaking to you this evening I think it's so cool that you are going to be kind of renovating the house yourself and knocking down walls and things like that.

It is something that I've always wanted to be good at.

but I am… I am OK at things like woodwork but I think when it comes to things that really require a lot of strength I might struggle and but I think it's so cool that you can do it and I'm very impressed I hope that when I am older and I have my own house I will teach myself a little bit how to do everything because I think it's cool to be able to look at something and think that it was you that did it instead of always paying somebody else to do it.
