A: Something's wrong with my computer.

B: Exactly what?

A: All I get is a black screen.

B: What's the matter?

A: I think I know, because this happened before.

B: What happened before?

A: My hard drive crashed.

B: Oh, no.

That's bad news. A: It sure is, but I'm going to call HP first, just to make sure.

B: Will you lose all your files?

A: No, I always back up my files.
