The headache started one hour ago. Amina doesn't know why she has a headache. She never gets headaches. She never gets sick. Amina is a healthy woman. Maybe she ate something? Maybe she drank something? Maybe she didn't drink enough water? She doesn't know.

She wants her headache to go away. She doesn't like to take medicine. But her head hurts so much. She goes into the kitchen. She opens a drawer. She finds some aspirin in the drawer. She takes two aspirin with a glass of water. Maybe the aspirin will help her headache go away.
