河南 洛阳 性奴 案 ， 是 一起 发生 在 洛阳市 的 一起 刑事案件 ， 犯罪人 是 34 岁 的 李浩 ，2006 年 5 月 消防 部队 退伍 ，2006 年 11 月 被 安置 到 河南省 洛阳市 质量技术监督局 稽查 大队 工作 。 2009 年 8 月 ， 李浩 在 洛阳市 西工区 凯旋 东 路 景福苑 小区 自行 购买 的 地下室 内 开挖 地洞 ， 先 通过 一个 3.4 米 深 、 有 梯子 的 竖井 ， 再 通过 一个 4.7 米长 的 横井 才 可 进入 地窖 ， 竖 井 、 横井 直径约 为 50 厘米 。 李浩 先后 将 分别 从 洛阳市 不同 的 KTV、 小 美容美发店 、 按摩 店 等 场所 诱骗 了 6 名 女子 骗 至 地下室 关进 洞内 ， 强迫 女子 进行 网络色情 表演 和 进行性 侵害 ， 并 组织 女子 外出 卖淫 牟取 钱财 ， 其中 2 人 因 反抗 遭到 李浩 杀害 。

2011 年 9 月 3 日 ， 一名 女子 向 洛阳 警方 110 报案 ， 称 自己 被 “ 大哥 ” 挟持 非法 囚禁 于 地下 密室 ， 在 被 带 出 强迫 卖淫 时 侥幸 逃出 ， 该 地下 密室 还 囚禁 了 5 名 女子 ， 其中 2 名 女子 已 被 “ 大哥 ” 杀害 。 警方 于 当天 到达 案发现场 解救 了 另外 3 名 女子 ， 李浩 于 9 月 3 日 被 抓获归案 。 获救 女子 中 3 人为 洛阳 人 ，1 人为 河南 新乡 人 ， 其中 年龄 最小 的 16 岁 ， 最大 的 24 岁 。

2011 年 9 月 25 日 ， 洛阳市 质量技术监督局 也 作出 对 李浩 事件 的 处理意见 ， 在 征求 司法机关 意见 后 ， 按 法定程序 对 犯罪 嫌疑人 李浩 开除党籍 公职 ， 继续 追究 李浩 事件 相关 人员 的 责任 。

2011 年 9 月 27 日 ， 被 从 地窖 中 解救 的 4 名 女子 因涉嫌 故意伤害 致 人 死亡 被 检察机关 批准逮捕 。

2012 年 11 月 30 日 上午 ， 河南省 洛阳市 中级 人民法院 对 李浩 故意 杀人 、 强奸 、 组织 卖淫 、 非法拘禁 ， 制作 、 传播 淫秽物品 牟利 案 进行 一审 宣判 ： 主犯 李浩 被 判处死刑 ， 剥夺 政治权利 终身 ， 并 处 罚金 人民币 一 万 元 。 在 李浩 的 胁迫 、 指使 下 ， 被告人 段 某某 参与 杀害 两 名 被害人 ， 被告人 姜 某某 、 张 某某 参与 杀害 一 名 被害人 ， 均 构成 故意杀人罪 。 因 这 三 名 被告 在 受到 李浩 囚禁 、 威胁 的 情况 下 被 胁迫 参加 犯罪 ， 依法 应当 减轻 处罚 ， 遂 判决 被告人 段 某某 犯 故意杀人罪 ， 判处 有期徒刑 三 年 。 被告人 姜 某某 、 张 某某 犯 故意杀人罪 ， 判处 缓刑 。 被告人 李媛 犯 窝藏罪 ， 判处 缓刑 。

2014 年 1 月 21 日 ， 经 最高人民法院 核准 ， 罪犯 李浩 在 河南省 洛阳市 被 依法 执行 死刑 。
