法国人 十分重视 如何 能够 正确 、 优雅 地 表达 自己 的 意思 。 The French attach great importance to being able to express themselves correctly and elegantly. 在 「 政科 」 里面 ， 最 重要 的 考试 项 目是 口试 ， 或 「 口述 文章 」。 The most important examination in the subject of Political Science is the Oral Examination, or "Oral Essay". 学生 必须 在 很 短 的 时间 之内 ， 针对 当场 随意 抽选 的 题目 整理 出 大约 十五分钟 的 内容 ， 然后 向 一个 资深 教授 小组 提出 口头报告 。 Students have to organize a 15-minute presentation on a randomly selected topic in a very short period of time, and then make an oral presentation to a panel of senior professors. 教授 们 评分 的 标准 是 根据 学 生 表达 观点 的 能力 ， 并且 有没有 应用 平衡 与 逻辑 的 方法 。 Professors grade students based on their ability to express ideas and apply a balanced and logical approach. 除此之外 ， 他们 所 提出 的 讯息 内容 也 一样 重要 。 Apart from that, the content of their messages is just as important.

「 政科 」 那 套用 来 组织 思想 的 公式 其实 十分 简单 。 "The formula for organizing thoughts in the subject is actually quite simple. 无论 你 想 讲 什么 ， 都 要 遵循 以下 的 形式 : 引言 、 第一部 份 、 第二部 份 、 结论 。 Whatever you want to say, follow this format: Introduction, Part 1, Part 2, Conclusion. 重要 的 是 : 第一部 份 与 第二部 份 的 长度 要 相差不多 。 It is important that the lengths of the first and second parts are similar. 按 我 的 语言 学习 之旅 照 理想 ， 第一部 份 是 提出 一个 观点 或 理论 ， 第二部 份 则 提出 相反 的 论点 或 立场 ， 而 结论 则 是 提出 解决 方法 或 做 个 总结 。 Ideally, the first part of my language learning journey is to present an opinion or theory, the second part is to present the opposite argument or position, and the conclusion is to present a solution or to summarize. 就是 这样 !
