吸引 ２００ 个 国家 和 国际 组织 参展 、７０００ 万 人次 参观 —— 这 是 ２００２ 年 中国 成功 申办 世博会 时 向 国际 社会 作出 的 承诺 ， 如今 在 上海 世博会 开幕 第 １７７ 天 时 兑现 ； 随着 ６ 月 １ 日 最后 一 个 参展 方 伊拉克 的 正式 开馆 ，２４６ 个 参展 方 在 世博园 实现 “ 团圆 ”。

５ 月 １ 日 开园 首日 参观 人 数 为 ２９ 万 余 人次 ， 在 第 ３６ 天时 累计 突破 １０００ 万 人次 。 暑期 到 来 使 得 参观 人 数 节节 攀升 ， 平均 每日 在 ４０ 万 至 ５０ 万 人次 之间 ， 端午 、 中秋 等 节庆 假期 则 连续 创造 了 世博园 游客 数量 的 新高 。
