Dylan：我 觉得 作为 我们 今天 的 开始 ，我们 可以 先 做 一些 自我 介绍 。 我 英文 名叫 Dylan ，我 中文 名叫 钟逸伦 ，我 来自 纽约 ，在 牛津大学 读 我 的 本科 ，然后 毕业 之后 我 就 在 英国 的 一个 投资银行 工作 ，然后 工作 了 不到 半年 ，我 就 觉得 可能 这个 不是 我 想要 的 生活 ，所以 我 就 2016年 9月 来 中国 ，我 开始 在 清华 学习 ，然后 现在 在 这里 做 音乐 ，做 自媒体 。

星悦 ： 我 是 星悦 ， 来自 美国 加州 ， 我 是 高中毕业 就 来 中国 ， 因为 我 高中 的 时候 学 的 中文 ， 然后 开始 对 这个 语言 和 这个 文化 感兴趣 ， 所以 就 想来 中国 读书 。 然后 现在 我 一边 读书 一边 跟 小伙伴 一起 创业 。

C：我 来 中国 的 时候 你们 俩 还 没 生 出来 。

星悦 ：是 吗 ？ 什么 时候 来 的 ？

C：我 1993 年 来 的 。 对 。

星悦 ：噢 那 。

C：对 ，嗯 。

我 17 岁 离开 了 英国 ，那 开始 我 是 从 一个 贵族学校 出来 的 ，后来 学习成绩 特别 差 ，所以 我 高中 也 没 毕业 ，完 了 在 全世界 转 了 一大圈 ，去 了 好几个 国家 ，后来 1993 年 当 背包客 来的 北京 。 到 这儿 其实 好多 人 问 我 为什么 留在 北京 ，因为 刚 开始 我 钱 花完 了 ，我 真 没有 回去 的 飞机票 ，所以 我 就 在 北京 找 了 一份 工作 ，然后 就 开始 自己 创业 。 我 现在 有 自己 公司 ，团队 大概 有 20 多 人 吧 ，有 4 个 闺女 。

Dylan& 星悦 ： 哇 ！ C：一个 老婆 ，老婆 是 来自 于 加拿大 ，她 本来 是 20 年 前 来 中国 ，来 学习 中国 的 这个 文字 ，反正 她 是 一个 学霸 ，像 你们 俩 一样 。

Dylan： 我 觉得 我们 3 个人 在 这里 都 有 不 一样 的 经历 ， 我们 现在 要 聊 的 话题 就是 “ 洋垃圾 ” 这个 概念 。 星悦 ：好 敏感 的 话题 。

Dylan：对 ，你 觉得 什么样 的 人才 算 “洋垃圾 ”？

C：其实 每个 人 对 这个 都 有 自己 的 看法 ，有 的 人 可能 看到 我 就是 “洋垃圾 ”，有 的 人 这个 看 ……

Dylan：真的 吗 ？ 星悦 ：怎么 可能 ？

C：其实 可能 我 眼里 的 “垃圾 ”，他 可能 进入 不了 这种 社会 ，他 也 可能 对 国家 的 文化 ，或者 国家 的 各种 方面 的 没有 太大 兴趣 。 他 来 这边 混 ，混得 好 喝酒 ，什么 找 一个 姑娘 ，不是 很 尊重 当地 的一些 规则 或者 法律 方面 的 。 我 最 恨 的 那种 人 就是 ，我 是 老外 ，我 可能 比 当地人 还 高 。 所以 我 眼里 的 “垃圾 ”是 这样 的 。

星悦 ：刚才 听 你 说 的 我 主要 抓住 了 一个 点 ，就是 说 找个 姑娘 。 我 觉得 找个 姑娘 没 毛病 ，我 觉得 有 毛病 就是 找 很多 个 姑娘 。 因为 外国人 他们 都 会 去 一些 酒吧 ，然后 那些 酒吧 就是 很多 外国人 ，然后 我 去 的时候 就 会 听 他们 讲 ，然后 他们 说 的 很多 话 都 会 让 我 特别 的 生气 ，就是 说 啊 昨天 一个 姑娘 ，今天 一个 姑娘 ，明天 又 换 一个 姑娘 ，而且 他们 觉得 她们 是 我的 女朋友 。 我 真的 很 受不了 这种 行为 的 ， 他们 就 觉得 自己 是 老外 ， 自己 特别 牛 ， 然后 随便 泡妞 都 可以 ， 我 觉得 这种 人 还是 挺 垃圾 的 。

Dylan：我 看 了 很多 外国人 ，他们 的 英语 很 明显 不好 ，但 他们 还是 会 去 当 英文 老师 ，因为 他们 是 白人 ，可能 是 法国人 或者 意大利人 。 这个 人 可能 会 骗 中国 人 说 ，啊 我 是 在 洛杉矶 长大 ，但 原来 他 是 在 巴黎 长大 ，然后 我 觉得 这 算 一种 “洋垃圾 ”，就 为了 吃饭 骗人 。

C：其实 你 看 每个 社会 都 有 ，也 有 可能 40 来 岁 的 50 来 岁 的 “洋垃圾 ”在 这儿 ，离开 自己 的 老婆 ，在 这边 又 找 了 一份 工作 ，找 了 一个 可能 更 年轻 一点 的 老婆 。

C：其实 我 觉得 你 刚才 说 的 这些 很 典型 是 “垃圾 ”，在 任何 国家 你 对 女孩子 这样 的 你 就是 “垃圾 ”，不管 怎么样 啊 ，每个 国家 都 有 它 的 “洋垃圾 ”。 各种 老外 去 英国 去 伦敦 ，也 是 这样 混 的 ，有钱 的 俄罗斯 的 ，什么 阿拉伯 的 ，去 伦敦 去 混 ，也 挺 坏 的 。

星悦 ： 我 觉得 不管 你 是 哪里 人 ， 不管 你 是 什么 身份 ， 你 在 外面 就是 在 代表 你 这个 身份 ， 就 无论是 国籍 也好 性别 也好 ， 我 觉得 我们 大部分 的 人 ， 我们 就是 会 意识 到 这个 ， 然后 会 做 得 很 好 ， 或者 至少 做 得 还 可以 ， 但是 也 有 一些 人 他们 会 觉得 无所谓 ， 他们 很 自私 ， 他们 爱 怎么样 就 怎么样 ， 然后 他们 在 外面 这样 大家 就 会 觉得 ， 歪 果仁 外国人 就是 这个 样子 ， 美国 人 就是 这个 样子 ， 英国人 就是 这个 样子 ， 然后 对 我们 是 不 公平 的 ， 因为 我们 一直 好好 的 ， 我们 一直 在 做 正经 的 事情 ， 那 就是 因为 这些 人 ， 他们 就 把 我们 的 形象 带 偏 了 ， 可能 我们 中国 朋友 也 会 深有感触 ， 因为 很多 时候 就 ， 可能 一个 中国 的 游客 在 外国 乱 扔 垃圾 ， 然后 媒体报道 你 看 中国 游客 又 乱 扔 垃圾 ， 然后 其实 大部分 人 的 中国 人 就 觉得 很 生气 ， 因为 他们 在 外面 当然 不会 乱 扔 垃圾 ， 但 就 因为 这 一个 人 就 带 偏 了 形象 。

Dylan：你们 觉得 因为 有 “洋垃圾 ”，不 “垃圾 ”的 外国人 会 受到 一些 歧视 吗 ？

C： 别人 把 你 当成 一个 “ 洋垃圾 ” 你 会 怎么 说 呢 ？

星悦 ：我 怎么 说 我 也 不 知道 。

Dylan：你 有 过 这种 经历 吗 ？

星悦 ： 啊 ， 有 ， 但 我 就 一直 不理 他们 ， 因为 如果 他们 一 上来 就 冲 我 然后 骂 我 说 ， 你 “ 洋垃圾 ” 你 滚出去 ， 我 什么 都 没有 做 他们 就 突然 过来 骂 我 ， 我 也 没什么 好 骂 的 ， 我 也 不会 骂 回去 的 ， 这样 就 会 越 骂 越 严重 ， 所以 就 …… 那 你 就 这么 想 吧 ， 我 也 没有 办法 。 我 只能 就是 ，用 自己的 实力 去 证明 我 其实 不是 。

C： 我 记得 去年 在 我们 在 我们 家 小区 ， 我们 家 小区 停车 挺 挤 的 ， 然后 我 跟 一个 人 骂 起来 ， 咱们 有 一个 公共 的 孩子 可以 玩 的 一个 地方 ， 他 居然 把 他 的 车 就 停 在 了 那个 上面 ， 我 孩子 没 地方 玩 ， 后来 他 就 跟 我 说 ， 你 回 你 自己 国家 ， 你 才 不 懂 我们 北京 人 。 我 说 ，哥们儿 啊 ，我 在 这 北京 25 年 ，在 你 眼里 我 当不了 北京人 ，我 也 当不了 中国人 ，这个 我 能 了解 ，但 别 那样 说话 ，因为 其实 我 作为 一个 老外 ，我 在 英国 呆 了 17 年 ，我 在 中国 25 年 ，这是 我家 ，我 心里 就是 这里 的人 。

Dylan：但 我 觉得 这个 “垃圾 ”的问题 ，就 会 有 这个 坏人 的问题 是 解决不了 ，但 可能 “洋垃圾 ”这个 概念 是 一个 能 解决 的问题 。 然后 ……

C：怎么 解决 ？

Dylan： 我 觉得 还是 有 一些 方面 ， 一个 是 我们 需要 ， 我们 这种 外国人 ， 需要 更 多 谴责 这些 人 ， 因为 我们 可以 坐在 这里 然后 说 ， 啊 ， 这个 人 在 地铁 抽烟 ， 这 不是 我 ， 我 不会 这样 做 ， 这会 让 我 很 失望 。 但 如果 我们 更 公开 的 ， 然后 像 今天 一样 说 ， 你们 不 可以 这样 做 ， 我们 不算 “ 洋垃圾 ” 的 外国人 ， 还是 会 跟 很多 “ 洋垃圾 ” 的 外国人 有 接触 ， 我 觉得 我们 需要 更 主动 地去 跟 他们 说 ， 你 是 外国人 ， 我 是 外国人 ， 我们 在 这里 代表 外国人 这个 身份 ， 然后 你 有 这种 行为 ， 会 影响 我们 所有 外国人 的 形象 ， 所以 我 觉得 这是 一个 解决 的 方法 ， 只是 你 需要 用 知识 ， 需要 用 文化 了解 ， 去 弄掉 这个 偏见 ， 你 不要 去 酒吧 ， 你 不要 去 夜店 看 这些 外国人 ， 因为 反正 外国人 喜欢 去 酒吧 ， 外国人 喜欢 去 夜店 ， 这是 我们 文化 的 一部分 ， 但是 外国人 比较 多 的 地方 是 我们 的 学校 。 你 去 北大 ，你 去 清华 ，你 去 北语 ，都 有 很多 很多 外国人 都 在 努力 学习 ，都 要 在 这里 好好 过 生活 ，都 要 融入 这个 文化 ，都 要 学会 这个 语言 ，都 要 对 这个 社会 有 贡献 。

C：不管 你 是 自己 开 公司 的 ，也 是 给 这个 国家 带来 财富 ，税钱 ，也 不管 是 做 慈善 方面 的 ，是 吧 ，也 挺多 的 ，是 吧 ？ 其实 不管 怎么样 ，咱们 有 40 年 的 改革开放 ，中国 打开 门 人 就 进来 ，有 一小部分 的 人 会 坏 ，但是 几乎 外国 对 中国 的 印象 大多数 还 挺 好的 ，带来 了 不少 IP ，各种 财富 ，大家 能 一起 发展 。

Dylan：虽然 我们 会 在 我们 的 生活 中 遇到 一些 觉得 我们 是 “洋垃圾 ”的人 ，然后 会 来 骂 我们 ，然后 其实 我 也 有 这种 经历 ，但是 这 算 一个 很小 的 部分 ，你 需要 慢慢 的 做 这种 事 ，慢慢 的 开始 跟 这些 人 说 ，你 不 可以 这样 做 。 我 觉得 这个 会 把 “洋 ”的 部分 去掉 ，这 就是 另外 一个 坏人 。
