今天 ， 在 中国共产党 历史 上 ， 在 中华民族 历史 上 ， 都 是 一个 十分 重大 而 庄严 的 日子 。 我们 在 这里 隆重 集会 ，同 全党 全国 各族 人民 一道 ，庆祝 中国共产党 成立 一百 周年 ，回顾 中国共产党 百年 奋斗 的 光辉 历程 ，展望 中华民族 伟大 复兴 的 光明 前景 。

首先 ，我 代表 党中央 ，向 全体 中国 共产党员 致以 节日 的 热烈 祝贺 ！

在 这里 ，我 代表 党 和 人民 庄严 宣告 ，经过 全党 全国 各族 人民 持续 奋斗 ，我们 实现 了 第一个 百年 奋斗 目标 ，在 中华 大地 上 全面 建成 了 小康 社会 ，历史性 地 解决 了 绝对 贫困 问题 ，正在 意气风发 向着 全面 建成 社会主义 现代化 强国 的 第二个 百年 奋斗 目标 迈进 。 这 是 中华民族 的 伟大 光荣 ！ 这 是 中国 人民 的 伟大 光荣 ！ 这是 中国共产党 的 伟大光荣 ！

同志 们 、朋友 们 ！

中华民族 是 世界 上 伟大 的 民族 ，有着 5000 多 年 源远流长 的 文明 历史 ，为 人类 文明 进步 作出 了 不可磨灭 的 贡献 。 1840 年 鸦片战争 以后 ， 中国 逐步 成为 半殖民地 半封建社会 ， 国家 蒙辱 、 人民 蒙难 、 文明 蒙尘 ， 中华民族 遭受 了 前所未有 的 劫难 。 从 那时 起 ，实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 ，就 成为 中国 人民 和 中华民族 最 伟大 的 梦想 。

为了 拯救 民族 危亡 ，中国 人民 奋起 反抗 ，仁人志士 奔走 呐喊 ，太平天国运动 、戊戌变法 、义和团运动 、辛亥革命 接连 而起 ，各种 救国 方案 轮番 出台 ，但 都 以 失败 而 告终 。 中国 迫切 需要 新 的 思想 引领 救亡运动 ，迫切 需要 新 的 组织 凝聚 革命 力量 。

十月革命 一声 炮响 ，给 中国 送来 了 马克思列宁主义 。 在 中国 人民 和 中华民族 的 伟大 觉醒 中 ，在 马克思列宁主义 同 中国 工人 运动 的 紧密 结合 中 ，中国共产党 应运而生 。 中国 产生 了 共产党 ，这是 开天辟地 的大 事变 ，深刻 改变 了 近代 以后 中华民族 发展的 方向 和 进程 ，深刻 改变 了 中国人民 和 中华民族 的 前途 和 命运 ，深刻 改变 了 世界 发展的 趋势 和 格局 。

中国共产党 一经 诞生 ，就 把 为 中国人民 谋 幸福 、为 中华民族 谋 复兴 确立 为 自己的 初心 使命 。 一百年 来 ， 中国共产党 团结 带领 中国 人民 进行 的 一切 奋斗 、 一切 牺牲 、 一切 创造 ， 归结 起来 就是 一个 主题 ： 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 。

——为了 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 ，中国共产党 团结 带领 中国人民 ，浴血奋战 、百折不挠 ，创造 了 新民主主义革命 的 伟大成就 。 我们 经过 北伐战争 、土地革命战争 、抗日战争 、解放战争 ，以 武装 的 革命 反对 武装 的 反革命 ，推翻 帝国主义 、封建主义 、官僚资本主义 三座 大山 ，建立 了 人民 当家作主 的 中华人民共和国 ，实现 了 民族 独立 、人民 解放 。 新民主主义革命 的 胜利 ，彻底 结束 了 旧 中国 半殖民地 半封建 社会 的 历史 ，彻底 结束 了 旧 中国 一盘散沙 的 局面 ，彻底 废除 了 列强 强加 给 中国 的不平等 条约 和 帝国主义 在 中国 的一切 特权 ，为 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 创造 了 根本 社会 条件 。 中国共产党 和 中国 人民 以 英勇 顽强 的 奋斗 向 世界 庄严 宣告 ，中国 人民 站 起来 了 ，中华民族 任人宰割 、饱受 欺凌 的 时代 一去不复返 了 ！

——为了 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 ，中国共产党 团结 带领 中国人民 ，自力更生 、发愤图强 ，创造 了 社会主义 革命 和 建设 的 伟大成就 。 我们 进行 社会主义 革命 ，消灭 在 中国 延续 几千年 的 封建 剥削 压迫 制度 ，确立 社会主义 基本 制度 ，推进 社会主义 建设 ，战胜 帝国主义 、霸权主义 的 颠覆 破坏 和 武装 挑衅 ，实现 了 中华民族 有史以来 最为 广泛 而 深刻 的 社会 变革 ，实现 了 一穷二白 、人口众多 的 东方 大国 大步 迈进 社会主义 社会 的 伟大 飞跃 ，为 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 奠定 了 根本 政治 前提 和 制度 基础 。 中国共产党 和 中国 人民 以 英勇 顽强 的 奋斗 向 世界 庄严 宣告 ，中国 人民 不但 善于 破坏 一个 旧 世界 、也 善于 建设 一个 新 世界 ，只有 社会主义 才能 救 中国 ，只有 社会主义 才能 发展 中国 ！

——为了 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 ，中国共产党 团结 带领 中国人民 ，解放思想 、锐意进取 ，创造 了 改革开放 和 社会主义 现代化 建设 的 伟大成就 。 我们 实现 新 中国 成立 以来 党 的 历史 上 具有 深远 意义 的 伟大 转折 ， 确立 党 在 社会主义 初级阶段 的 基本路线 ， 坚定不移 推进改革 开放 ， 战胜 来自 各 方面 的 风险 挑战 ， 开创 、 坚持 、 捍卫 、 发展 中国 特色 社会主义 ， 实现 了 从 高度集中 的 计划 经济体制 到 充满活力 的 社会主义 市场 经济体制 、 从 封闭 半封闭 到 全方位 开放 的 历史性 转变 ， 实现 了 从 生产力 相对 落后 的 状况 到 经济总量 跃居 世界 第二 的 历史性 突破 ， 实现 了 人民 生活 从 温饱 不足 到 总体 小康 、 奔 向 全面 小康 的 历史性 跨越 ， 为 实现 中华民族 伟大 复兴 提供 了 充满 新 的 活力 的 体制 保证 和 快速 发展 的 物质条件 。 中国共产党 和 中国 人民 以 英勇 顽强 的 奋斗 向 世界 庄严 宣告 ，改革开放 是 决定 当代 中国 前途 命运 的 关键 一招 ，中国 大踏步 赶上 了 时代 ！

一百年 来 ，中国共产党 团结 带领 中国人民 ，以 “为 有 牺牲 多 壮志 ，敢 教 日月 换 新天 ”的 大无畏 气概 ，书写 了 中华民族 几千年 历史 上 最 恢宏 的 史诗 。 这 一百年 来 开辟 的 伟大 道路 、创造 的 伟大 事业 、取得 的 伟大 成就 ，必将 载入 中华民族 发展 史册 、人类 文明 发展 史册 ！

一百年 前 ， 中国共产党 的 先驱 们 创建 了 中国共产党 ， 形成 了 坚持 真理 、 坚守 理想 ， 践行 初 心 、 担当 使命 ， 不怕 牺牲 、 英勇 斗争 ， 对党 忠诚 、 不负 人民 的 伟大 建党 精神 ， 这是 中国共产党 的 精神 之源 。

一百年 来 ，中国共产党 弘扬 伟大 建党 精神 ，在 长期 奋斗 中 构建 起 中国共产党人 的 精神 谱系 ，锤炼 出 鲜明 的 政治 品格 。 历史 川流不息 ，精神 代代 相传 。 我们 要 继续 弘扬 光荣 传统 、赓续 红色 血脉 ，永远 把 伟大 建党 精神 继承 下去 、发扬光大 ！

一百年 来 ， 我们 取得 的 一切 成就 ， 是 中国共产党 人 、 中国 人民 、 中华民族 团结 奋斗 的 结果 。 以 毛泽东 同志 、邓小平 同志 、江泽民 同志 、胡锦涛 同志 为 主要 代表 的 中国共产党 人 ，为 中华民族 伟大 复兴 建立 了 彪炳 史册 的 伟大 功勋 ！ 我们 向 他们 表示 崇高 的 敬意 ！

此时此刻 ，我们 深切 怀念 为 中国 革命 、建设 、改革 ，为 中国共产党 建立 、巩固 、发展 作出 重大 贡献 的 毛泽东 、周恩来 、刘少奇 、朱德 、邓小平 、陈云 同志 等 老一辈 革命家 ，深切 怀念 为 建立 、捍卫 、建设 新 中国 英勇 牺牲 的 革命先烈 ，深切 怀念 为 改革开放 和 社会主义 现代化 建设 英勇 献身 的 革命烈士 ，深切 怀念 近代 以来 为 民族 独立 和 人民 解放 顽强 奋斗 的 所有 仁人志士 。 他们 为 祖国 和 民族 建立 的 丰功伟绩 永载 史册 ！ 他们 的 崇高 精神 永远 铭记 在 人民 心中 ！

——以 史 为 鉴 、开创 未来 ，必须 坚持 中国共产党 坚强 领导 。 办好 中国 的 事情 ，关键 在 党 。 中华民族 近代 以来 180 多 年 的 历史 、中国共产党 成立 以来 100 年 的 历史 、中华人民共和国 成立 以来 70 多 年 的 历史 都 充分 证明 ，没有 中国共产党 ，就 没有 新中国 ，就 没有 中华民族 伟大 复兴 。 历史 和 人民 选择 了 中国共产党 。 中国共产党 领导 是 中国 特色 社会主义 最 本质 的 特征 ，是 中国 特色 社会主义 制度 的 最大 优势 ，是 党 和 国家 的 根本 所在 、命脉 所在 ，是 全国 各族 人民 的 利益 所系 、命运 所系 。

新 的 征程 上 ， 我们 必须 坚持 党 的 全面 领导 ， 不断 完善 党 的 领导 ， 增强 “ 四个 意识 ”、 坚定 “ 四个 自信 ”、 做到 “ 两个 维护 ”， 牢记 “ 国之大者 ”， 不断 提高 党 科学 执政 、 民主 执政 、 依法 执政 水平 ， 充分 发挥 党 总揽 全局 、 协调 各方 的 领导 核心 作用 ！

——以 史 为 鉴 、开创 未来 ，必须 加快 国防 和 军队 现代化 。 强国 必须 强军 ，军强 才能 国安 。 坚持 党 指挥 枪 、 建设 自己 的 人民军队 ， 是 党 在 血与火 的 斗争 中 得出 的 颠扑不破 的 真理 。 人民军队 为 党 和 人民 建立 了 不朽 功勋 ，是 保卫 红色 江山 、维护 民族 尊严 的 坚强 柱石 ，也 是 维护 地区 和 世界 和平 的 强大 力量 。

新 的 征程 上 ，我们 必须 全面 贯彻 新时代 党 的 强军 思想 ，贯彻 新时代 军事 战略 方针 ，坚持 党 对 人民 军队 的 绝对 领导 ，坚持 走 中国 特色 强军 之 路 ，全面 推进 政治 建军 、改革 强军 、科技 强军 、人才 强军 、依法 治军 ，把 人民 军队 建设 成为 世界 一流 军队 ，以 更 强大 的 能力 、更 可靠 的 手段 捍卫 国家 主权 、安全 、发展 利益 ！
