陈芸 : 请假是一件很容易的事情，不过呢最近大家家长们可能要对这个孩子的出勤率有一个非常重视的态度了，澳大利亚的联邦政府呢，是特别地下达了一个命令就是说在这个 myschool 网站上面学校必须要把学生的出勤率放在上面，作为一个数据作为一个考量这个学校的质量的一个数据。

主播 :这个你说是一个命令。

陈芸 :是的，可能刘江还有其他的朋友会觉得说，联邦政府怎么突然诶对这么小的一个事情下了这么一个命令，每年要发表两次这个。

主播 :学生的考勤。

陈芸 :学生的出勤率，为什么把这个事情看的这么严重？

我们先来从一些具体的数字看起，比如说在新南威尔士州，每天哦是每天有三万三千个青少年他是没有去学校的。

主播 :嗯。

陈芸 :那着可能就是各种各样的请假的理由，或者甚至是逃学的这个原因在里面哈。

主播 :我真的不知道学生总数一共有多少，但是只从这个数字来看。

陈芸 :有点吓人。

主播 :每一天。

陈芸 :是。

主播 :就有三万多学生没有去上课，真的是很吓人。

陈芸 :是的。

主播 :很严重的一件事情。

陈芸 :没错，所以呢其实这个事情的严重到怎么样，如果家长总是不能够保证自己的孩子出现在学校里面的话，那他可能会收到这个法院的一张传单，他可能会去面对这个法庭。

而且呢，罚款可能高达一万一千澳元。

主播 :也就是说如果学生不去上课的话，学校会把家长告上法庭。

陈芸 :是的，因为有一些学校啊，这个学生的出勤率是低到只有百分之六十五，所以百分之三十五的学生都没有去上学了。

主播 :那也就是说政府现在要采取措施改变这样的情况。

陈芸 : 没错因为因为现在呢如果是澳大利亚的小学生的这个受教育的水平，放在全球来比较的话，那么比起新加坡香港日本韩国这些国家，在数学科学和阅读方面呢，澳大利亚学生的水平都是要低多，而且呢就是有一些研究者做了一些研究。

如果呢是你在一年当中有十天不去上学的话，那么其实呢你在考 Naplan [National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy] 的时候你的成绩呢就会掉下来一个等级，所以其实呢学生的出勤率对于他的考试的表现，对于他最后的成绩都是有很大的影响的。

主播 :你刚才提到的这句英文，指的就是澳大利亚的全国考试制度是吗？

所以这个出勤率还有这个 Naplan 这个全国的统考。其实呢都是给学生和家长造成了一定的压力，然后在教育系统呢，我想也是一个大家没有统一的一个话题，到底家长可不可以在比如说圣诞节来临之前我先提前请假，然后跟我的孩子一起去度假，这样费用会便宜一点人不会太多，以前呢澳大利亚人觉得这是很理所当然的很正当的一个理由，但是现在呢都受到了质疑。

主播 : 嗯，过去呢澳大利亚的学校里边呢，他的这个教育方式一向以宽松著称，也就是让学生愉快的到学校来玩，特别是小学生呢把更多的时间呢是花在学校里和同伴们结成友谊，学会解决某些问题的方法，很多的时候教育都是以游戏的方式来进行的。

陈芸 :是的。

主播 :现在的这些改变，教育部要求每个学校全国的每个学校都要公布学生的考勤率，每年还要公布两次，是不是也会给学校的这种教育环境和教育文化带来一些影响？

还有一次呢，是把这个信件寄到我们的家里来，让我解释说某一天为什么我的孩子没有去上学，你为什么没有来请假。所以呢，他们是非常非常重视的这个考勤方面的情况，所以呢可能就是在各个州啊可能对于这个考试出勤率，还有这个考试成绩的重视程度还有所不同，各有所不同。

主播 : 我觉得学校这样的做法也是很负责任啊，有些家长以为自己的孩子去了学校，而学校呢如果不和家长及时的沟通可能孩子去了什么地方，随便玩了，或者怎么样了，发生了一些潜在的问题呢，家长还都不知道，我觉得这个学校还是蛮好的。

陈芸 :是的，从安全方面的考虑这也是非常必要的。

接着呢海洋生物救助队就派了这个直升机啊等等来查看这个鲸鱼的情况。可是呢还没等直升机到达的时候，这个鲸鱼呢又被海水冲回了大海当中。然后令大家非常震撼的，就是这时候呢，突然有一头成年的鲨鱼再一次的攻击了这一只座头鲸，然后呢这只座头鲸呢就被这个鲨鱼杀死了。

主播 :嗯。

陈芸 :嗯，这是大家很震撼的一个画面。

主播 :那也就是说所有的这一切都是发生在人们眼前。

陈芸 :是的，都发生在大家的眼皮底下，我想这就是澳大利亚的自然风光，还有他的海洋风情吸引人的地方。

因为我们就好像是在一个大公园里面，然后呢可以目睹自然里面发生的很多可能我们生活在城市的钢筋森林里面的人难以想象的一些画面，以为只有在电视上才能看到的画面。

主播 :那你刚才提到的这头受伤的座头鲸是一头幼小的座头鲸是吗 ?

陈芸 :是的，据说呢这个幼小的座头鲸呢，他出生的时候大概只有 3 米，但是其实他在两年内就可以长到 8 到 10 米。

所以呢这也是属于就是澳大利亚保护的生物的对象，大家可能会觉得说哎呀鲨鱼这么凶猛啊，然后就把我们好像心目当中非常可爱的鲸鱼袭击了，杀死了。但是呢从这个海洋生物学的角度来讲，有一位救助队的队员就说其实呢鲨鱼他是被称为是海洋里面的清道夫。所以呢它们是通过吃这些大型动物的尸体来保持海洋的清洁的。所以其实这是一种大自然的健康的循环。

主播 :嗯，也就是说呢自然界这些生物链呢，都是有一种自然的归属。

幼小的座头鲸受到鲨鱼攻击，最后成为鲨鱼口中的食物，虽然我们听到这样的一件事情或者是目睹了这样一件事情都会为这头小座头鲸感到悲哀，但是要想开一些，大自然当中的自然的秩序。
