2.02 (R) The 3 Clear Points of Week 2
1. Most salespeople and entrepreneurs begin with a very large, very broad market. This is a mistake. Understanding the pain you solve and filtering will help narrow the market to increase your likelihood of success.
2. Do not get too comfortable only contacting people in your direct network. You should be spending a majority of your time reaching out to prospects outside your immediate circle.
3. Email and word processing can serve as an invitation for poor writing. We need to be tight, crisp, clear, and direct, especially when we're reaching out to a prospect for the first time.
