The Fox and the Stork

This story is by the Greek writer Aesop.

This story teaches us how to live.

Children, let me tell you a story.

It is about a fox and a stork.

One day, Fox asks Stork to come to dinner.

Fox puts some soup on a dish.

He thinks it is funny.

Stork comes to Fox's house.

"Hello, Stork. Come in," says Fox.

"We are having soup for dinner."

Stork looks at the dish.

He tries to eat some soup, but he can't.

Fox eats all of his soup.

He looks at Stork's dish.

"A lot of soup is in the dish."

"Don't you like the soup?" asks Fox.

Stork goes out of Fox's house hungry.

At the door, Stork says, "Come to dinner at my house, Fox."

"OK," says Fox.

Fox laughs and laughs as he cleans the dishes.

The next night, Fox goes to Stork's house.

"Hello, Fox," says Stork.

"Come in. We are having soup for dinner."

Fox sees two tall jars.

There is soup in the jars.

Fox tries to eat some soup, but he can't.

Stork eats all of his soup.

He looks at Fox's jar.

"A lot of soup is in the jar."

"Don't you like the soup?" asks Stork.

Fox goes out of Stork's house hungry.
