“It might be a coincidence, but the jewels were stolen around the same time that you were in Egypt,” she says in an accusing tone of voice.

“There were a lot of people in Egypt at that time.

Are you trying to say that I stole the treasure?” I answer, pretending to be angry.

“I am just trying to help you. I can leave now if you want. But, if you have the treasure you may be in trouble,” she says.

I really dislike her tone of voice. “Look, I don't know anything about the treasure. For all I know, your sister took the treasure,” I say.

“That is just it. She did take some of the treasure and it made her sick.”
