We missed our train…for chocolate

We were traveling by train in Germany, again, with the same friends from before. The train stopped for fifteen minutes and people were getting off to buy snacks. There was a little market at the train station. Well, us girls had a craving for chocolate, like, super intense, so we got off the train, while the two guys we were with stayed on the train. We purchased our chocolate and started running towards our train, because we thought we might miss it. Sure enough, we saw the train slowly pulling away, but we were there, knocking on the window, ready to board. The train guy just shook his head at us, and wouldn't open the door. We couldn't believe it! What were we going to do to reunite with the guys? We ended up buying new tickets and departing on a later train, and then once we arrived we were able to get reimbursed for the tickets, all except a couple of dollars. We didn't have any cell phones or ways to communicate with the guys, but luckily they were waiting for us in the train station, and had gathered our luggage that was left on the train. Let's just say, we made sure to buy the chocolate before the journey from then on.
