A Bank Robbery

Last week I went to the Bank of Scotland in Irvine because I needed to get some money. A terrible thing happened. I saw a bank robbery.

The robber pointed his gun at the bank manager and he shouted: "Give me the money!". The bank manager was very worried and frightened but he gave the money to the robber. The robber put the money in a bag and got into a taxi.

The robber went to London. He bought smart new clothes and went to an expensive restaurant.

The waiter in the restaurant is my cousin and he knew about the robbery because I told him about it. He had seen a photo of the robber on the news and recognised him. He called the police. They came very fast and in a car with a loud siren. They arrested the robber. He is now in prison for 10 years.
