Story 27. The Big Tree—2
The big tree is my friend.
It gives me shade and more.
I shall do something for it.
“I will water our big tree right away!”
I thought.
I took a bucket, got water from inside of the house, and poured the water on the tree's roots.
One bucket, two buckets...
I watered the tree with ten full buckets of water.
“Now that you have had so much water, you will not be thirsty anymore!”
I said to the tree.
Here is some water for you!
