هل بتعتقد إنو غذائي صحي؟ بحاول يكون غذائي صحي وعشان هيك بشتري فواكتي وخضرواتي من الخضرجي ولحمتي العضوية من اللحام وموادي الغذائية التانية من السوبرماركت.
Do you think it is a healthy diet? I try to have a healthy diet, so I buy my fruits and vegetables from al-Khadraji, my organic meat from butchers, and my other foodstuffs from the supermarket.
Você acha que é uma dieta saudável? Tento ter uma dieta saudável, por isso compro frutas e vegetais no Al-Khadraji, minha carne orgânica no Al-Laham e meus outros alimentos no supermercado.
ولما رحت على أوروبا، شفت محلات الأكل الصحي وكانت بالنسبة إلى مضحكة.
When I went to Europe, I saw healthy food stores and it was funny to me.
Quando fui para a Europa, vi lojas de alimentos saudáveis, e elas eram engraçadas para mim.
مش متأكدة إنو هاي المحلات رح تكون مشهورة وإلها زباينها عنا بعمان.
I am not sure that these stores will be popular and have customers from us in Amman.
Não tenho certeza se essas lojas serão populares porque têm mais clientes do que nós em Amã.

بالعادة، بروح على السوبرماركت السبت المسا حوالي الساعة ٩ .وبحب أروح على محل الخضرة واللحام خلال أيام الأسبوع وغالبا بروح الصبح.
Usually, I go to the supermarket on Saturday evenings around 9. I like to go to the vegetable and butcher shop during weekdays and often in the morning.
Normalmente vou ao supermercado no sábado à noite, por volta das 9 horas. Gosto de ir ao supermercado e à oficina de soldagem durante a semana, e muitas vezes pela manhã.
ودايمًا بحكي مع المحلات وأنا بالطريق عشان يجهزولي الطلبية قبل ما أوصل عشان ما اضطر أصف السيارة.
I always talk to the shops while I'm on the road so that they can prepare the order for me before I arrive so that I don't have to park the car.
Converso sempre com as lojas enquanto estou na estrada para que me preparem o pedido antes de eu chegar para não ter que estacionar o carro.
وعنا بعمان بقدمولنا كتير محلات خدمة تحضير الطلبية ونقلها عالسيارة.
And we in Amman offer us many shops that service the order and transport it by car.

ولهذا الأسبوع اشتريت ٤ علب طماطم، ومرطبان زيتون واحد، وعلبة كوكيز، وكيلو مكسرات مشكلة، وكيلو رز ، ونصف كيلو قهوة، وكيلو خبز ، و ٦ حبات تفاح، وبطيخة، وكيلو كرز ، و ٢ كيلو لحمة، وجاجة وحدة.
For this week, I bought 4 cans of tomatoes, one olive jar, one box of cookies, one kilo of mixed nuts, one kilo of rice, one and a half kilos of coffee, one kilo of bread, six apples, one watermelon, one kilo of cherries, two kilos of meat, and one chicken.
Deze week kocht ik 4 blikken tomaten, een pot olijven, een doos koekjes, een kilo gemengde noten, een kilo rijst, een halve kilo koffie, een kilo brood, 6 appels, een watermeloen, een kilo kersen, 2 kilo vlees en één kip.
Esta semana comprei 4 latas de tomate, um pote de azeitonas, uma caixa de biscoitos, um quilo de mix de nozes, um quilo de arroz, meio quilo de café, um quilo de pão, 6 maçãs, uma melancia, um quilo de cerejas, 2 quilos de carne e um frango.
