Lesson 11 - Common goals

I truly believe that team-work is essential

and unfortunately, Sally doesn't understand this concept;

she doesn't care about her colleagues at all.

She only thinks about her own tasks and nothing else.

For instance, if a colleague asks for help she always

says she doesn't have time and that's not true.

She needs to understand that everyone within the company

shares common goals and this means

that people have to work together, as a team.
