Atomic Habits & Language Learning (2)

We need to train our brain in these new habits.

And just as with other, the cumulative effect of small actions is very large,

and we just have to believe that if we persist, if we maintain our activity,

the brain will develop the language habits that are necessary in order to

become comfortable in a new language.

So there you have it, atomic habits as applied to language learning.
