Mr Bean comes into the shop. He sits down and waits. He takes a comic book to read. He looks at the photos on the wall to see which haircut he'd like. He points to the photo with the ponytail. Mr Bean's hair is not long enough for a ponytail!

Mr Bean sits down for his haircut. The phone rings and the hairdresser leaves the room. Mr Bean is bored.

A mother and her son come into the shop. They think that Mr Bean is the hairdresser because he's wearing a green apron.

Mr Bean starts to cut the boy's hair slowly. He then cuts the boy's hair really fast. The boy is nervous because Mr Bean cuts too much hair.

In the end the boy likes the haircut! The boy's mother comes back and pays Mr Bean. He checks the money is real. He is happy that the money is real.

Next a man with sunglasses comes into the shop. The man has a ponytail. Mr Bean cuts his hair. He cuts off the man's ponytail. The man doesn't realise! Mr Bean pretends to have a mirror and shows the man a photo of a ponytail.

Next, Mr Bean cuts the hair of a man who can't see well. He cuts off too much hair but the man doesn't realise because he isn't wearing his glasses.

Later, all the customers come back to the shop. They start to shout and complain to the real hairdresser.

The hairdresser is confused and doesn't understand why the customers are angry.

Mr Bean sneaks out of the shop.
