В 80-е годы, последние годы советской власти, учителям платили немного, и я несколько лет работал в Бюро Путешествий, и поэтому могу судить о советском туризме «изнутри».
In den 80er Jahren, den letzten Jahren des Sowjetregimes, wurden Lehrer nicht besonders gut bezahlt, und ich habe einige Jahre lang im Reisebüro gearbeitet, so dass ich den sowjetischen Tourismus "von innen" beurteilen kann.
In the 80s, the last years of the Soviet government, teachers were paid a little, and for several years I worked in the Travel Bureau, and therefore I can judge Soviet tourism from the inside.

Zu Sowjetzeiten gab es keine privaten Reisebüros, aber in jeder Stadt gab es staatliche Reisebüros, die Reiserouten durch die Sowjetunion ausarbeiteten und Gutscheine dafür verkauften.
In Soviet times, there were no private travel agencies, but there were state-owned city travel agencies in each city that developed routes in the Soviet Union and sold vouchers for them.

Einige der Routen waren nicht sehr interessant, aber einige von ihnen waren interessant - zum Baikalsee, zum Issyk-Kul-See in Kirgisistan, Routen zum Nordkaukasus und nach Transkaukasien, zu den alten Städten Zentralasiens, nach Kamtschatka.
Part of the routes was not very interesting, but part was interesting - to Lake Baikal, to Lake Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan, routes through the North Caucasus and Transcaucasia, through the ancient cities of Central Asia, to Kamchatka.
