Hi I'm Sam from BBC Learning English

and this is me in class.

How am I feeling -

bored or boring?

I was feeling bored

because the lesson was boring.

So the lesson was the reason I felt bored.

So –ed endings describe the feeling

and –ing endings describe the reason

you have that feeling.

And this works for other adjectives too.

So if the lesson is interesting, I feel interested.

If something is tiring, I'm tired.

If something is relaxing, I'm relaxed.

If something is surprising, I'm surprised.

If something is exciting, I'm excited.

How am I feeling - Como estou me sentindo - Nasıl hissediyorum - 我感覺怎麼樣——

bored or boring? Sıkıldınız mı yoksa sıkıcı mı? 無聊還是無趣？

I was feeling bored unatkoztam eu estava me sentindo entediado Sıkılmış hissediyordum. 我感到無聊

because the lesson was boring. porque a aula era chata. çünkü ders sıkıcıydı. 因為課程很無聊。

So the lesson was the reason I felt bored. Yani sıkılmamın nedeni dersti. 所以這堂課就是我感到無聊的原因。

So –ed endings describe the feeling Terminações em –ed descrevem o sentimento Yani -ed sonları duyguyu tanımlar So –ed 結尾描述了這種感覺

and –ing endings describe the reason 和-ing結尾描述原因

you have that feeling. você tem esse sentimento. 你有那種感覺。

And this works for other adjectives too. És ez más mellékneveknél is működik. E isso funciona para outros adjetivos também. Ve bu diğer sıfatlar için de geçerlidir. 這也適用於其他形容詞。

So if the lesson is interesting, I feel interested. Então, se a lição é interessante, eu me sinto interessado. Yani ders ilginçse ilgimi çekiyor. 所以如果課程有趣，我就會有興趣。

If something is tiring, I'm tired. Se algo é cansativo, estou cansado. Eğer bir şey yorucuysa, ben de yorgunumdur. 如果有什麼事情讓我很累，我就累了。

If something is relaxing, I'm relaxed. Se algo está relaxando, estou relaxado. 如果有什麼事情能讓我放鬆，我就會放鬆。

If something is surprising, I'm surprised. Если что-то удивляет, я удивляюсь. 如果有什麼事情令人驚訝，我會感到驚訝。

If something is exciting, I'm excited. Se algo é emocionante, estou animado. Если что-то захватывающее, я взволнован. 如果有什麼令人興奮的事情，我會很興奮。
