So (in) today's episode, our ‘Wisdom Wednesday', we want to share with our listeners, with you guys (um), what, what is a vision board or what a vision board is and how you can use it to achieve your English goals. 所以（在）今天的節目中，我們的“智慧星期三”，我們想與我們的聽眾、你們（嗯）分享什麼是願景板或願景板是什麼以及如何使用它來實現您的目標英語目標。

Yeah.

Awesome.

Gabby:

Yeah.

So that's just one example right? 這只是一個例子，對嗎？ And (um) I think it, it works well with concrete items like taking a vacation, but it could also work well with more intangible items, (like) I want to fall in love, (like), maybe putting (um), (you know) a visual of the kind of person you're looking for, (you know) – not that it's all about looks. 而且（嗯）我認為，它適用於度假等具體項目，但也可以適用於更多無形項目，（例如）我想墜入愛河，（例如），也許可以（嗯）， （你知道）你正在尋找的那種人的視覺效果，（你知道）－並不是說一切都與外表有關。

Gabby:

Yeah.

Or just to get in a certain mindset, I really like to (um) take quotes. 或者只是為了進入某種心態，我真的很喜歡（嗯）引用。 (I mean) we do a lot of quotes on this show. （我的意思是）我們在這個節目中引用了很多台詞。

Gabby:

Yeah.

Lindsay:

But my, in my, my space, I like to have quotes of people I admire and their (um) kind of philosophies because I want to take that on as part of my philosophy. 但我的，在我的，我的空間裡，我喜歡引用我欽佩的人以及他們（嗯）的哲學，因為我想將其作為我哲學的一部分。 So that could also be part of your vision board – having quotes. 所以這也可以成為你願景板的一部分——引用。

Oooh Absolutely. Yeah.

Yeah, I love your vision board that you have with the quotes on it. 是的，我喜歡你的願景板，上面有引號。 That's really cool. Lindsay:

Yeah.

So for an English student, for our listeners, what are some examples, (uh) very tangible examples of what they would put on the vision board. 因此，對於英語學生，對於我們的聽眾，有一些例子，（呃）他們會在願景板上寫下的非常具體的例子。 I'm, I'm thinking for example, if you want to spend a year in New York and work (uh) here, maybe a picture of the Empire State Building… 我，我在想，例如，如果你想在紐約待一年並在這裡工作（呃），也許一張帝國大廈的照片...

Yeah.

Lindsay:

…or you're working in an English speaking company. ……或者您在英語公司工作。

Gabby:

Yeah, exactly. (Like) (um) work-related, last week, we had (um) presentation expert Carl Kwan on our show and he was talking about, (you know), ways to make your presentations better so maybe you could find a picture of someone giving a presentation (um) or draw it, (you know). （例如）（嗯）與工作相關的，上週，我們（嗯）演示專家卡爾·關（Carl Kwan）參加了我們的節目，他正在談論，（你知道）如何讓你的演示更好，所以也許你可以找到一張有人做演示（嗯）或畫它，（你知道）。 And, and that would – yeah that would just remind you to work on your presentation skills or to, (you know) work on that specific presentation that you have coming up. 而且，那會 - 是的，這只會提醒你提高你的演示技巧，或者（你知道）致力於你即將進行的特定演示。

Fun. Totally. Totally. You should have some fun things on the vision board, for sure. 當然，你的願景板上應該有一些有趣的東西。

Yeah.

Yeah.

I love that idea. And so you can use the vision board for really any goal that you have, (um) and again, customize it for you. 因此，您可以將願景板用於您擁有的任何目標，（嗯）並再次為您自訂它。 You can just, you can have quotes, you can write words, you can have pictures. 你可以，你可以引用，你可以寫文字，你可以有圖片。 (Um) but put it somewhere visible where it will be inspiring you every day so you don't forget about your goals and, and let those (kind of) day-to-day (um), can I say annoyances, occurrences…. （嗯）但是把它放在顯眼的地方，它每天都會激勵你，這樣你就不會忘記你的目標，並且讓這些（有點）日常（嗯），我可以說煩惱，發生的事情... ... 。

Yeah.

Gabby:

Lindsay:

Yeah, you've got to keep that vision in mind. 是的，你必須牢記這個願景。

Yeah.

If you, if you keep your vision board visible, then it's more likely you'll make your goal a priority. 如果你保持你的願景板可見，那麼你更有可能將你的目標放在優先位置。 Right?
