Lesson 20 - A bun in the oven

Last weekend I had a huge surprise!

To start with, I got an unexpected phone call

from my big brother inviting me for dinner.

We met at his place and I quickly felt there was

something going on because he looked a little weird.

At some point, his wife took me to the kitchen and started

talking about food and how good her new oven was.

Then she opened it and said: There's a bun in the oven!

I understood it right away: she was pregnant!
