with tax dollars. Who's paying and how much? Should everyone be paying into the
system? We need to remember that if tuition is going to be free, colleges
still need to get enough money to operate: to maintain the buildings, to
hire workers, to pay the teachers. Some propose that the extra tax money should
come from big corporations and the richest people in our country. What do
