今年 第 2 号 热带风暴 于 4 月 29 日 凌晨 在 我国 南海 中部 生成 。 预计 4 月 30 日至 5 月 1 日 ， 我国 南部 沿海地区 将 出现 大风 ， 部分 地区 将 有 大雨 或 暴雨 。

预计 4 月 30 日至 5 月 1 日 ， 西北地区 大部 ( 乌鲁木齐 、 西安 、 兰州 ) 、 华北 南部 ( 石家庄 ) 、 东北 ( 哈尔滨 、 长春 、 沈阳 ) 及 黄淮地区 ( 济南 ) 风和日丽 。 5 月 2 日至 3 日 ， 受 冷空气 影响 ， 华北 的 东部 、 东北 大部 将 有 小到中雨 ， 东北 的 局部 将 出现 雷雨大风 天气 ； 气温 将 下降 3─7 摄氏度 。 4 日后 ， 上述 地区 的 天气 转晴 ， 气温 迅速 上升 。
