中国 国家大剧院 位于 中国 北京 天安门 * 广场 西侧 ， 邻近 人民大会堂 *， 占地 11.893 万平 方米 ， 总 建筑面积 约 16.5 万平方米 ， 其中 主体 建筑 10.5 万平方米 ， 地下 附属 * 设施 *6 万平方米 ， 总 投资 26.8838 亿元 人民币 ， 设计师 为 法国 建筑师 保罗 〕 安德鲁 (Paul Andreu)。 The National Grand Theater of China is located on the west side of Tiananmen Square in Beijing, China, adjacent to the Great Hall of the People*. It covers an area of 118,93 thousand square meters and has a total construction area of approximately 165,000 square meters, of which the main building is 105,000 square meters and the underground auxiliary* facilities *60,000 Square meters, the total investment is 2.68838 billion yuan, and the designer is the French architect Paul Andreu.

剧院 内含 歌剧院 、 音乐厅 、 戏剧 院 和 小型 实验剧场 ， 总 座席 6000 多个 。 The theater includes an opera house, a concert hall, a theater and a small experimental theater, with a total of more than 6,000 seats. 歌剧院 主要 演出 歌剧 、 舞剧 、 芭蕾舞 *， 有 观众席 *2500 座 。 The opera house mainly performs opera, dance, ballet*, and has an audience of 2500 seats. 音乐厅 主要 演出 交响乐 *、 民族 乐 ， 有 观众席 2000 座 。 The concert hall mainly performs symphony* and folk music, with 2,000 seats in the audience. 戏剧 院 主要 演出 京剧 、 地方戏 . 曲 、 话剧 *、 民族 歌舞 ， 有 观众席 1200 座 。 The theater mainly performs Peking opera, local opera, drama*, folk song and dance, and has 1,200 audience seats. 小剧场 主要 演出 实验 话剧 、 小型 戏剧 ， 有 观众席 500 座 。 The small theater mainly performs experimental dramas and small plays, with 500 auditoriums.

国务院 * 于 1998 年 4 月 正式 批准 立项 建设 国家大剧院 ，1999 年 7 月 最终 选取 了 这 一 建设 方案 。 The State Council* formally approved the construction of the National Grand Theater in April 1998, and finally selected this construction plan in July 1999.
