#168: 中国 年轻人 的 职业 “间隔 年”

“ 世界 那么 大 ， 我 想 去 看看 ”。 2015 年 4 月 14 日 早晨 ， 河南省 实验 中学 一名 年轻 女老师 的 一封 只有 十个 字 的 辞职信 ， 曾 在 中国 网络 上 引发 热评 。 网友 评价 说 ， 这是 “ 史上 最具 情怀 的 辞职信 ”。 2016 年 发布 的 《 中国 语言 生活状况 报告 》， 把 “ 世界 那么 大 ， 我 想 去 看看 ” 列为 2015 年度 “ 十大 网络 用语 ” 之一 。

最近 这 几年 ， 随着 “ 间隔 年 ” 这个 概念 传入 中国 ， 越来越 多 的 年轻人 加入 了 “ 间隔 年 ” 的 队伍 。 在 西方 ， 选择 “ 间隔 年 ” 的 多 是 高中 毕业生 。 与 此 不同 的 是 ， 在 中国 ， 更 多 是 白领阶层 ， 他们 辞去 了 工作 ， 选择 去 国外 做 一年 的 义工 或者 四处 旅行 ， 体验 一种 不 一样 的 生活 。 陆陆续续 有人 把 自己 “ 间隔 年 ” 的 经历 写成 了 书 并 出版 。

在 过去 ， 中国 并 没有 这个 概念 。 大部分 人 都 是 毕业 了 找 工作 ， 然后 按部就班 地 每天 上班 下班 。

近 三十年 ， 中国 经济 高速 发展 ， 在 解决 生存 压力 之后 ， 不少 大城市 的 白领 攒下 了 一笔 钱 ， 于是 开始 反思 现在 的 工作 是不是 自己 想要 的 ， 开始 考虑 自己 内心 的 需求 。 与此同时 ，“ 间隔 年 ” 的 概念 来到 了 中国 ， 它 迅速 受到 了 白领 们 的 欢迎 ， 并 流行 了 起来 。

孙东纯 是 早期 的 实践者 。 2008 年 ， 他 辞职 后 去 印度 的 一家 NGO 做 了 一年 的 义工 。 他 在 网上 发布 的 关于 间隔 年 的 帖子 红遍 了 中国 的 网络 。 后来 他 把 自己 的 经历 和 感受 都 整理 了 出来 ， 出版 了 一 本书 ：《 迟到 的 间隔 年 》。

伴随 着 他 的 脚步 ， 很多 年轻人 开始 觉得 有 机会 停下来 一年 ， 四处 走走看看 ， 学 一门 语言 或 技术 ， 培养 一个 兴趣爱好 ， 或者 单纯 去 做 义工 帮助 他人 都 是 一件 很 幸福 的 事情 。 当然 ， 在 中国 ， 社会 竞争 依然 十分激烈 ， 更 多 的 人 不敢 停下来 。 所以 ， 向往 “ 间隔 年 ” 的 人 很多 ， 真正 去 做 的 还是 少部分 。
