北京 三面 有 山 ， 西北 地形 高 ， 风水 好 ； 东北 有 机场 ， 去 外地 或 出国 都 十分 方便 ， 这样 的 好 地方 ， 大 房子 自然 多 。 它们 大多 很 西方化 、 现代化 ， 让 人 感到 好象 一下子 到 了 国外 ； 当然 也 有 很 中国化 、 本地化 的 ， 又 好象 回到 了 老 北京 。 反正 是 各 有 特色 ， 不 象 平常 人家 ， 难 分 你 我 ， 更 不 会 一不小心 进 了 别人 家 。

同样 的 地 ， 定位 高 、 回报 就 高 。 2002 年 以后 ， 这种 生意 一年 比 一年 好 ， 人人 都 想 做 ， 看看 到处 都 是 的 广告 就 知道 了 。

这个 现象 好 还是 不 好 ， 说 什么 的 都 有 。 有人 说 , 北京 本来 地 就 不 多 ， 大 房子 用地 过多 。 又 有人 说 , 大 房子 用 的 好 地 都 是 国家 的 ， 全民 共有 ， 不 能 想 买 就 买 。 还 有人 说 ， 一处 大 房子 可以 让 一千个 大学生 、 一万个 山里 小学生 有 学 可 上 。

反对 的 人 说 ， 有钱 人 就是 要 会 生活 ， 有 多少 钱 就要 有 什么 房 。 那么 多 有钱 人 ， 如果 国内 没有 理想 的 房子 ， 他们 的 钱 就 会 流 到 国外 。 再说 ， 中国 的 银行 里 那么 多钱 ， 做 地产 开发 ， 国家 就 有 更 多钱 给 学校 用 。 更 有人 说 ， 有 想 买 的 ， 就 有 开发 的 ， 全国 都 一样 。 没 钱 人 ， 等 有钱 了 再说 。

真是 各 有 各 的 道理 。 让 我 说 ， 这 关 我 什么 事儿 。 有钱 ， 有 有钱 的 活法儿 ， 没 钱 ， 有 没 钱 的 活法儿 。
