在 白天 的 时候 ， 大家 还是 赶回 到 房间 里面 的 ， 之所以 在 晚上 露宿 是 因为 ， 人 在 入睡 以后 就 很 容易 丧失 警惕 ， 然后 再 发生 地震 ， 如果 地震 太 强烈 的 话 ， 就 会 失去 那 宝贵 的 黄金 30 秒 。

之所以 唐山 地震 的 强度 没有 这次 汶川 地震 高 ， 但是 造成 的 损失 比 汶川 地震 大 ， 除了 唐山 那次 是 发生 在 城市 、 离 城市 较 近 的 地方 之外 ， 还有 就是 唐山 地震 是 在 晚上 发生 ， 很多 人 都 丧失 了 警惕 。
