陈云 ： 你好 ， 刘老师 。 那 我 想 说 的 呢 ， 就是 周四 的 晚上 ， 吃 完 晚饭 ， 然后 呢 ， 我们 在 非常 悠闲地 喝 着 茶 ， 就是 有意无意 地 看着 电视 的 时候 ， 就 突然 看到 一个 非常 劲 爆 的 场面 ， 就是 有 一位 澳洲 本地 中年 女子 ， 她 非常 愤怒 地 在 火车 上 大声 地 叫嚣 。 那么 后来 这个 新闻 就 登上 了 很多 报纸 或者 是 媒体 的 头版头条 。 那 事情 是 这样 的 ， 就是 这位 女 乘客 呢 ，55 岁 ， 她 当时 是从 Central 坐火车 要 到 Strathfield, 那么 她 上 了 车 以后 呢 ， 她 就 对 一个 带 着 几个 孩子 的 亚裔 的 女人 说 ， 你 让 你 的 孩子 给 我 让位 ， 火车 上 有人 是 要 坐下 来 ， 我 就是 要 这个 座位 ， 然后 语言 就 非常 粗鲁 。 而且 就是 对 着 那个 小男孩 大喊 了 十次 ， 所以 呢 这位 女子 就是 回应 了 她 一下 ， 回应 了 她 一下 之后 呢 ， 这个 女人 就 更加 愤怒 了 ， 她 就 开始 模仿 这位 女子 的 英语 口音 ， 然后 就 提到 了 香港 这个 词 ， 然后 就 跟 她 说 这 是 我们 的 国家 之类 的 。 就 说 了 很多 带有 种族歧视 侮辱性 的 语言 。 那么 这时候 呢 ， 坐在 这个 女子 旁边 的 一位 男士 也 忍不住 就 发话 了 ， 就让 她 不要 再说 了 ， 可是 她 就 更 生气 了 ， 两个 人 又 继续 争论 了 一下 ， 并且 她 就 说 ， 你们 在 录像 是 吧 ， 那 我 自己 也 来录 一下 。 还 自己 打电话 ， 叫 了 警察 在 Strathfield 的 那个 车站 等 她 。 那么 当 她 下 了 火车 之后 呢 ， 不 知道 什么 原因 就是 警察 询问 了 她 之后 ， 就 把 她 放走 了 。 但是 当 这个 录像 在 网上 被 很多 人 点击 ， 然后 引起 了 很大 的 反响 之后 ， 警方 的 一位 负责人 ， 是 助理 警务处 长米陶 ， 他 就 表示 说 ， 他 也 不 知道 为什么 这个 女子 当时 下 了 火车 之后 会 被 放走 。 但是 她 会 因为 在 火车 上 对 别人 使用 了 有 侵犯 性 的 语言 ， 在 这个 月底 上 法庭 。 那 这件 事 呢 ， 就让 人 联想起 在 今年 四月份 的 时候 有 一个 早上 ， 也 是 是 在 悉尼 的 市中心 Townhall 开往 这个 Bondi Junction 的 一列 火车 上 ， 就 有 两位 亚裔 的 女 乘客 呢 ， 就 被 一位 28 岁 的 女子 谩骂 ， 说 你们 不是 公民 ， 你们 不要 来 我们 的 国家 之类 的 。 那么 后来 这位 女子 是 被 指控 ， 而且 被 罚款 500 元 。

主持人 ： 那 刚刚 发生 的 这件 事情 的确 在 社交 媒体 上 引起 了 广泛 的 反响 。 那 我 现在 特别 想 知道 ， 这位 女子 她 是 怎么样 向 警方 作出 解释 的 。

陈云 ： 她 的 解释 呢 ， 就是说 其实 她 那天 也 过 得 很 糟糕 。 因为 当天 呢 ， 她 刚刚 发现 ， 之前 她 上网 去 跟 人家 约会 ， 然后 被 一位 男子 骗走 了 10 万元 。 所以 呢 ， 她 当天 就 表现 得 非常 地 愤怒 。 不过 事后 呢 ， 有 电视 媒体 也 播出 ， 她 是 做出 了 道歉 。 但是 她 这次 道歉 的 时候 就 没有 像 原来 她 在 火车 上 骂人 那么 理直气壮 ， 自己 还 拿出 手机 来 拍 自己 。 她 这次 道歉 是 背向着 镜头 ， 向 那个 乘客 道歉 的 。 后来 警方 也 到 这个 被 侮辱 的 乘客 的 家里 ， 特别 是 安抚 一下 几个 孩子 ， 因为 几个 孩子 当时 都 吓坏 了 ， 不 知道 大人 之间 为什么 突然 起 了 什么 冲突 。 而且 这 几个 孩子 的 母亲 还 说 ， 其实 这 几个 孩子 都 是 好孩子 ， 就 在 事发 之后 不久 两个 孩子 后来 在 火车 上 碰到 两位 老年 的 妇女 ， 还 站 起来 给 他们 让座 了 。

主持人 ： 所以 整个 这件 事情 呢 ， 让 人 觉得 非常 地 气愤 ， 就是 这样 一位 澳大利亚 本地 的 妇女 ， 一位 白人 妇女 ， 对 着 有 亚裔 血统 的 孩子 这样 的 大发 淫威 ， 使用 了 这样 难听 的话 来 谩骂 ， 非常 非常 让 人 担心 会 给 这些 孩子 小小的 心灵 上 留下 阴影 。

陈云 ： 对 啊 ， 这 就是 警察 为什么 马上会 登门 ， 然后 专门 去向 孩子 解释 这个 事情 ， 并且 跟 他们 说 你们 是 好孩子 的 原因 。 这 还是 蛮 令人感动 的 。

主持人 ： 是 。 那 另外 她 说 呢 ， 因为 那天 自己 心情 不好 ， 损失 了 10 万元 ， 被 人 骗走 了 10 万元 。 首先 来讲 ， 她 自己 能够 轻易 地 在 网上 被 人 骗走 10 万元 ， 她 自己 首先 应该 好好 地 检讨 一下 自己 ， 那 然后 她 把 自己 的 愤怒 发泄 在 其他人 的 身上 ， 这 就 更是 错上加错 。 特别 是 她 使用 这种 种族歧视 的 语言 来 谩骂 有 亚裔 血统 的 人 在 公开 的 场合 。 这种 行为 真的 是 让 人 无法 接受 的 ， 尤其 是 像 在 澳大利亚 这样 一个 非常 宽容 的 社会 里 。

陈云 ： 说 得 一点 都 没错 。 而且 你 刚才 说 到 说 她 由于 自己 气愤 ， 然后 就 把 怒火 发作 在 别人 的 身上 ， 还 用 了 非常 不当 的 语言 ， 伤害 别人 的 语言 。 这 就让 我 想起 最近 呢 ， 社区 也 讨论 的 很多 的 ， 就是 关于 政府 要 提出 取消 《 防 种族歧视 法 》S18C 这样 的 一个 事情 。 许多 媒体 ， 包括 我们 华人 的 媒体 都 进行 过 民意调查 ， 了解 社区 对 政府 提出 取消 18C 的 看法 。 大多数 的 民众 都 是 表示 反对 的 。

主持人 ： 所以 政府 的 理由 呢 ， 是 说 澳洲 的 公民 每个 人 都 享有 言论自由 的 权利 。 但是 我们 可以 看到 ， 刚刚 发生 的 这件 事情 ， 在 公开 的 场合 对 着 孩子 使用 这样 极具 种族歧视 性 的 语言 来 侮辱 他人 ， 实在 是 不 应该 允许 的 ， 应该 是 有 相关 的 法律 来 制止 这样 的 行为 。

陈云 ： 对 啊 ， 像 这种 所谓 的 伤害 他人 的 言论自由 难道 应该 被 保护 吗 ？ 刚才 我们 提到 说 ， 这位 乘客 之所以 突然 大 发光 火 是因为 她 当天 是 有 非常 不 愉快 的 遭遇 。 其实 我们 知道 愤怒 的 情绪 每 一个 人 都 有 ， 比如说 有 一项 有趣 的 调查 ， 就是 在 一项 各国 人 等待 红灯 的 忍耐 时间 调查 当中 呢 ， 德国人 是 60 秒 ， 英国人 是 45 秒 ， 中国 人 是 15 秒 ， 美国 人 是 40 秒 。 那么 60% 的 开车 的 人 为了 等 红灯 啊 ， 被 人 排队 加塞 等等 的 事件 呢 ， 就 会 产生 愤怒 的 情绪 。 其中 有 10% 的 人 呢 ， 还 被 确诊 为路 怒症 。 所以 压不住 火 其实 可以 算是 全球 人 的 一个 困扰 。 有个 数字 就是 在 美国 每年 有 超过 100 万 的 人 需要 接受 愤怒 管理 的 课程 。 在 我们 男女之间 ， 这个 生气 的 特点 也 有 分别 。 美国 的 一位 愤怒 化解 研究所 的 主任 丁 特里 博士 曾经 统计 过 ， 每人 每周 会 发怒 两次 ， 男人 发怒 的 强度 要 大 一些 ， 女人 发怒 的 时间 要长 一些 。 那 如果 我们 再 想想 ， 就是 我们 刚刚 提到 的 那 件 事情 之中 的 女主角 ， 她 当天 所 遭遇 的 事情 其实 也 是 挺 令人同情 ， 可以 理解 她 为什么 会 那么 心情 不好 ， 那么 愤怒 ， 就是说 她 在 网上 跟 人家 约会 ， 然后 被骗 了 一笔 巨额 的 钱财 。 但是 问题 是 ， 她 应该 怎么样 管理 自己 的 愤怒 情绪 。 不 把 自己 的 这种 愤怒 发泄 到 别人 的 身上 呢 ？

主持人 ： 嗯 ， 我 对 你 说 的 这段话 呢 ， 我 又 同意 我 又 不 同意 。 如果 这 是 个 事实 ， 她 当天 确确实实 是因为 被骗 了 10 万块 钱 ， 因此 心里 边 非常 的 不 愉快 ， 非常 的 愤怒 ， 从而 导致 了 接下来 发生 的 事情 ， 那么 我 可以 理解 ， 但是 我 对 她 没有 任何 的 同情 。 因为 首先 你 是 自己 犯 了 错误 造成 了 这样 的 一笔 损失 ， 你 自己 的 钱 ， 你 自己 的 情感 都 是 由 你 自己 来 控制 的 ， 不 应该 是 由 别人 来 主宰 的 。 其次 ， 你 在 整个 这个 泄愤 的 这个 过程 当中 你 选择 的 对象 是 社会 当中 的 弱势群体 少数 群体 。 同时 你 使用 了 这样 的 难听 的 这种 种族歧视 的 语言 ， 表明 你 的 内心 实际上 就是 存在 着 这种 意识 ， 存在 着 这种 对 亚裔 人士 的 歧视 ， 你 才 会 在 这样 的 场合 把 你 的 潜意识 爆发 出来 。 这个 也 是 不 能够 让 人 接受 的 。 我们 再说 起来 ， 很多年 前 我 读 到 一篇 文章 ， 中国 的 一位 老太太 ， 九十多岁 了 ， 身心健康 ， 在 北京街头 骑着 三轮车 到处跑 ， 她 是 一位 作家 的 妻子 。 别人 问 她 你 怎么 能 身心健康 ， 到 这种 年龄 还活 得 这么 愉快 。 她 讲 了 三点 ， 我 觉得 这 三点 我们 在 这儿 呢 ， 应该 跟 大家 分享 。 第一 ， 不用 别人 的 错误 惩罚 自己 。 因为 是 别人 的 错误 ， 你 没有 必要 让 自己 受罪 。 第二 ， 也 不能 用 自己 的 错误 来 惩罚 自己 ， 因为 你 自己 犯 的 错 你 知道 是 错 了 ， 那 你 接受 教训 就 好 了 ， 不要 没完没了 地陷 在 里边 不停 地 自责 。 第三 ， 我 觉得 这 第三点 是 最 重要 的 ， 就是 更 不能 用 自己 的 错误 来 惩罚 别人 。 你 记住 了 这 三点 ， 学会 了 这 三点 ， 你 的 生活 就 会 顺顺利利 ， 你 就 会 非常 开心 ， 碰到 什么 事情 也 可以 想开 了 。 当然 说 说 容易 ， 做到 并 不 容易 。 我们 每个 人 ， 包括 我 自己 在内 ， 我们 都 有 自己 的 情感 ， 都 有 自己 的 感受 ， 都 会 有 非常 窝囊 非常 气愤 的 时候 。 包括 我 看到 你 刚才 提到 的 ， 这位 女士 谩骂 亚裔 人士 ， 我 也 是 非常 气愤 。

陈云 ： 就 像 你 刚才 说 到 的 ， 那位 在 北京 的 老太太 ， 九十多岁 了 还 能够 那么 快乐 的 生活 ， 她 的 秘诀 真的 是 一语道破 了 天机 ， 她 也 是 非常 地 睿智 。 其实 我们 每个 人 都 会 有 犯错误 的 时候 ， 有 对 自己 生气 ， 或者 责怪 别人 对 别人 生气 的 时候 。 但是 呢 ， 我们 要 学会 管理 自己 的 愤怒 。 我 曾经 看过 一个 有趣 的 数据 ， 就是说 一个 人 如果 你 生气 十分钟 的话 ， 你 耗费 掉 的 体力 等 于是 你 跑 了 三千米 。 那么 另外 就是说 ， 我们 有时候 可能 会 有 这样 的 情况 ， 就是 比如说 我们 去 复印 一个 东西 ， 但是 这个 复印机 经常 出 故障 ， 那 你 可能 就 会 忍不住 想 踢 这个 复印机 一脚 。 但是 呢 心理学家 就 提议 说 ， 在 你 想要 踢 这个 复印机 一脚 之前 呢 ， 你 在 自己 的 脑海 里面 先 想象 一下 ， 这个 场面 是 有 显得 你 自己 是 多么 得 傻 多么 得 没有 理智 ， 那 可能 呢 ， 你 就 可以 控制 一下 自己 的 愤怒 。 那像 这种 愤怒 管理 呢 ， 如果 大家 有 兴趣 的话 ， 也 可以 去 找到 很多 的 指南 ， 在 很多 国家 呢 ， 都 有 关于 愤怒 管理 的 一些 科学 的 应对 的 方法 。
