#33: 蚁族

我 最近 在 看 一 本书 ， 书 名叫 《 蚁族 》。 别误会 ， 这 不是 一本 介绍 蚂蚁 的 书 ， 它 写 的 是 中国 城市 里 一群 像 蚂蚁 一样 生存 的 年轻人 。 这 本书 引起 了 广泛 的 社会 关注 。

“ 蚁族 ” 这个 名字 是 最近 才 受到 人们 关注 的 ， 但是 这个 问题 很 早就 已经 产生 了 。 为什么 叫 他们 “ 蚁族 ”？ 因为 这群人 有 跟 蚂蚁 一样 的 特点 ， 聪明 却 又 弱小 ， 常 常在 一起 生活 ： 聪明 ， 是因为 这群人 大多数 是 刚刚 毕业 的 大学生 ， 他们 受过 高等教育 。 他们 都 希望 在 大城市 找到 好 工作 ， 然后 留在 那里 ； 弱小 ， 是因为 这些 人 收入 很 低 ， 他们 没有 自己 的 房子 ， 工作 不 稳定 ， 常常 生活 在 担心 和 害怕 中 。 这些 年轻人 大多 是 80 年代 出生 的 ， 属于 “80 后 ”； 这些 低收入 的 年轻人 为了 节省 钱 ， 就 租房 子住 ， 他们 在 城市 的 边缘 形成 一个个 “ 聚居 村 ”。 这些 聚居 村 的 条件 显然 不好 ： 这里 卫生 不好 、 交通 很 乱 ， 唯一 的 好处 就是 一切 都 很 便宜 。

《 蚁族 》 不是 一本 小说 ， 而是 一份 真实 的 调查 。 做 调查 的 也 是 一群 “80 后 ” 大学生 。 正是 对 社会 的 关注 和 对 同龄人 的 关心 让 他们 决定 做 这个 调查 。 带头 做调 查 的 是 北京大学 的 博士后 廉思 ， 他 召集 了 一群 来自 各个 专业 的 有 责任感 的 学生 ， 进入 蚁族们 的 生活 ， 了解 他们 的 想法 ， 寻找 产生 问题 的 原因 。 通过 调查 ， 他们 发现 ， 蚁族 生活 的 聚居 村 不仅 北京 有 ， 全国 很多 大城市 都 有 。 在 他们 做 调查 之前 ， 大家 都 不 知道 自己 身边 有 这样 一群 人 。 然而 ， 蚁族 的 人数 非常 多 ， 根据 书里 说 的 ， 仅仅 北 京 地区 ， 蚁族 人数 就 达到 10 万 ！

这 本书 的 前半部 分是 大量 的 调查 数据 和 图表 ， 后 半 部分 是 蚁族 的 真实 故事 。 在 这些 人中 ， 很多 人过 着 非常 辛苦 的 生活 ， 但是 他们 都 仍然 为 自己 的 理想 而 努力 。 很多 人 来自 农村 ， 他们 想 在 大城市 生活 ， 或者 建立 自己 的 公司 。 可是 现在 的 毕业 大学生 太 多 了 ， 找 一个 好 工作 很难 ； 更 重要 的 是 ， 中国 的 房价 、 物价 越来越 高 ， 在 城 市里 生活 就要 更 多 的 钱 ， 而 人们 的 收入 却 没有 提高 。 人们 总是 很想 进入 大城市 ， 虽然 他们 知道 ： 如果 回到 家乡 ， 生活 肯定 更加 容易 。
