远古 的 时候 ， 炎帝 有个 女儿 叫 女娃 , 长得 非常 漂亮 ， 她 有 又 黑 又 长 的 头发 ， 又 大 又 可爱 的 眼睛 。 女娃 很 喜欢 去 海里 玩 , 喜欢 在 海里 游泳 ， 也 喜欢 在 海上 划船 。

有 一天 早上 ， 天气 很晴 ， 天上 一点 云 都 没有 ， 也 没有 风 ， 不冷 也 不 热 。 女娃 很 想 去 海边 玩 ， 去 那里 游泳 。

这 一天 ， 海边 很 安静 ， 海面 蓝蓝的 。 女娃 到 了 海边 ， 一会儿 游泳 ， 一会儿 在 沙滩 上 晒太阳 。 热 了 ， 就 去 海里 玩水 ， 累 了 , 就 在 沙滩 上 睡 一会儿 觉 。

女娃 还 带 了 很多 吃 的 东西 ， 她 把 自己 的 东西 分给 海里 的 小鱼 和 海边 的 水鸟 吃 , 这些 小 动物 都 是 女娃 的 朋友 ， 和 他们 在 一起 ， 女娃 觉得 很 快乐 。

这么 好 的 天气 ， 可以 出海 去 玩玩 。 女娃 划起 自己 的 小船 ， 在 海上 越划 越远 。 她 把 船 停 在 海面 上 ， 在 船上 睡着 了 。

突然 ， 天气 变 了 ， 天上 都 是 黑云 ， 一会儿 ， 下起 了 大雨 ， 又 打雷 ， 又 闪电 ， 大浪 一个 又 一个打 过来 。 女娃 开始 害怕 了 , 可是 没有 人能 帮助 她 。 她 大声 地 叫 爸爸 和 妈妈 ， 可是 他们 太远 了 ， 听不见 。 女娃 的 船翻 了 ， 她 掉 在 水里 ， 死 了 。

女娃 死 了 以后 ， 变成 了 一只 小鸟 ， 不停 地 叫 着 “ 精卫 、 精卫 ”， 所以 人们 就 叫 它 精卫 鸟 。 它 的 头 是 花 的 ， 嘴 是 白色 的 ， 脚是 红色 的 ， 跟 女娃 以前 穿 的 衣服 和 鞋 的 颜色 一样 。 精卫 特别 恨 大海 ， 所以 每天 都 把 石头 和 树枝 往 海里 扔 ， 想 把 大海 填平 。
