路加福音7
耶穌 對 百姓 講完 了 這 一切 的話 ， 就 進 了 迦百農 。
有 一個 百夫長 所 寶貴 的 僕人 害病 ， 快要 死 了 。
One of the centurion's precious servants was sick and dying.
百夫長 風聞 耶穌 的 事 ， 就 託 猶太人 的 幾個 長老 去求 耶穌 來 救 他 的 僕人 。
When the centurion heard about Jesus, he sent some elders of the Jews to ask Jesus to save his servant.
他們 到 了 耶穌 那裡 ， 就 切切 的 求 他 說 ： 你給 他行 這事 是 他 所配 得 的 ； 因為 他 愛 我們 的 百姓 ， 給 我們 建造 會堂 。
When they came to Jesus, they begged him earnestly, saying: You are worthy of him to do this work for him; for he loved our people and built us synagogues.
耶穌 就 和 他們 同 去 。
離 那家 不遠 ， 百夫長 託 幾個 朋友 去 見 耶穌 ， 對 他 說 ： 主阿 ！
Not far from the house, the centurion sent some friends to see Jesus and said to him: Lord!
不要 勞動 ； 因 你 到 我 舍下 ， 我 不敢當 。
Do not labor; for you have come under my roof, I do not dare to be.
我 也 自以 為 不配 去 見 你 ， 只要 你 說 一句 話 ， 我 的 僕人 就 必好 了 。
I don't think I'm worthy to see you, but if you say a word, my servant will be healed.
因為 我 在 人 的 權下 ， 也 有 兵 在 我 以下 ， 對 這個 說 ： 去 ！
For I am under the power of men, and there are soldiers under me, saying to this: Go!
他 就 去 ； 對 那個 說 ： 來 ！
He went; and said to that: Come!
他 就 來 ； 對 我 的 僕人 說 ： 你作 這事 ！
他 就 去 作 。
耶穌 聽見 這話 ， 就 希奇 他 ， 轉身 對 跟隨 的 眾人 說 ： 我 告訴 你們 ， 這麼 大 的 信心 ， 就是 在 以色列 中 ， 我 也 沒有 遇見 過 。
那 託 來 的 人 回到 百夫長 家裡 ， 看見 僕人 已經 好 了 。
The man who had sent him returned to the centurion's house and saw that the servant was healed.
過了 不多時 （ 有古卷 ： 次日 ）， 耶穌 往 一座 城去 ， 這城 名叫 拿 因 ， 他 的 門徒 和 極多 的 人 與 他 同行 。
After a short time, Jesus went to a city called Nain, and his disciples and a great multitude were with him.
將近 城門 ， 有 一個 死人 被 抬 出來 。
Near the gate of the city, a dead man was carried out.
這人 是 他 母親 獨生 的 兒子 ； 他 母親 又 是 寡婦 。
有城裡 的 許多 人同 著 寡婦 送殯 。
There were many people in the city with widows at the funeral.
主 看見 那 寡婦 ， 就 憐憫 他 ， 對 他 說 ： 不要 哭 ！
於是 進前 按 著槓 ， 抬 的 人 就 站住 了 。
So he went forward and pressed the bar, and the bearer stopped.
耶穌 說 ： 少年人 ， 我 吩咐 你 ， 起來 ！
那死 人 就 坐 起 ， 並且 說話 。
耶穌 便 把 他 交給 他 母親 。
Jesus gave him to his mother.
眾人 都 驚奇 ， 歸 榮耀 與 神 ， 說 ： 有大 先知 在 我們 中間 興 起來 了 ！
The people were amazed, and glorified God, saying: A great prophet has arisen among us!
又 說 ： 神 眷顧 了 他 的 百姓 ！
And said: God has favored his people!
他 這事 的 風聲 就 傳遍 了 猶太 和 周圍 地方 。
Word of his matter spread throughout Judea and the surrounding areas.
約翰 的 門徒 把 這些 事 都 告訴 約翰 。
John's disciples told John all these things.
他 便 叫 了 兩個 門徒 來 ， 打發 他們 到主 那裡 去 ， 說 ： 那 將要 來 的 是 你麼 ？
Then he called two of his disciples, and sent them to the Lord, saying, Is it you who are to come?
還是 我們 等候 別人 呢 ？
Or are we waiting for someone else?
那 兩個 人 來到 耶穌 那裡 ， 說 ： 施洗 的 約翰 打發 我們 來問 你 ： 那 將要 來 的 是 你麼 ？
還是 我們 等候 別人 呢 ？
正當 那 時候 ， 耶穌 治好 了 許多 有 疾病 的 ， 受災 患 的 ， 被 惡鬼 附著 的 ， 又 開恩 叫 好些 瞎子 能 看見 。
At that time, Jesus healed many sick, afflicted, and possessed by evil spirits, and graciously enabled many blind men to see.
耶穌 回答 說 ： 你們 去 ， 把 所 看見 所 聽見 的 事 告訴 約翰 ， 就是 瞎子 看見 ， 瘸子 行走 ， 長大 痲 瘋 的 潔淨 ， 聾子 聽見 ， 死人 復活 ， 窮人 有 福音 傳給 他們 。
Jesus answered and said, Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
凡 不 因 我 跌倒 的 ， 就 有 福 了 ！
Blessed is he who does not stumble because of me!
約翰 所差 來 的 人 既 走 了 ， 耶穌 就 對 眾人 講論 約翰 說 ： 你們 從前 出去 到 曠野 ， 是 要 看 甚麼 呢 ？
When the man whom John had sent was gone, Jesus spoke to the crowd about John, saying, What did you go out into the wilderness to see?
要 看 風吹 動 的 蘆葦 麼 ？
Want to see the reeds blown by the wind?
你們 出去 ， 到底 是 要 看 甚麼 ？
What are you looking for when you go out?
要 看穿 細軟 衣服 的 人麼 ？
Want to see someone who wears soft clothes?
那 穿 華麗 衣服 、 宴樂 度日 的 人 是 在 王宮 裡 。
The man who wears rich clothes and spends his days enjoying himself is in the palace.
你們 出去 ， 究竟 是 要 看 甚麼 ？
What are you going out to see?
要 看 先知 麼 ？
Want to see a prophet?
我 告訴 你們 ， 是 的 ， 他 比 先知 大多 了 。
I tell you, yes, he is more than a prophet.
經上 記著 說 ： 我要 差遣 我 的 使者 在 你 前面 預備 道路 ， 所說 的 就是 這個 人 。
It is written: I will send my angel to prepare the way before you, and it is this man who speaks.
我 告訴 你們 ， 凡 婦人 所生 的 ， 沒有 一個 大過 約翰 的 ； 然而 神國裡 最小 的 比 他 還大 。
I tell you, there is not one born of a woman greater than John; but the least in the kingdom of God is greater than him.
眾 百姓 和 稅吏 既 受過 約翰 的 洗 ， 聽見 這話 ， 就 以 神為 義 ； 但 法利賽 人和律 法師 沒有 受過 約翰 的 洗 ， 竟為 自己 廢棄 了 神 的 旨意 。
The people and the tax collectors, having been baptized by John, heard this and justified God; but the Pharisees and the lawyers, who were not baptized by John, rejected the will of God for themselves.
（29，30 兩節 或作 ： 眾 百姓 和 稅吏 聽見 了 約翰 的話 ， 就 受 了 他 的 洗 ， 便 以 神為 義 ； 但 法利賽 人和律 法師 不 受 約翰 的 洗 ， 竟為 自己 廢棄 了 神 的 旨意 。
(verses 29, 30 or two): When the people and the tax collectors heard John's words, they were baptized by him, and they justified God; but the Pharisees and the lawyers were not baptized by John, but were rejected for themselves. God's will.
） 主 又 說 ： 這樣 ， 我 可用 甚麼 比 這 世代 的 人 呢 ？
) And the Lord said again: Then, to what shall I compare the people of this generation?
他們 好像 甚麼 呢 ？
What do they look like?
好像 孩童 坐在 街市 上 ， 彼此 呼叫 說 ： 我們 向 你們 吹笛 ， 你們 不 跳舞 ； 我們 向 你們 舉哀 ， 你們 不 啼哭 。
Like children sitting in the marketplace, crying out to one another: We play the flute to you, and you do not dance; we mourn you, and you do not cry.
施洗 的 約翰 來 ， 不吃 餅 ， 不 喝酒 ， 你們 說 他 是 被 鬼 附著 的 。
人子 來 ， 也 吃 也 喝 ， 你們 說 他 是 貪食 好酒 的 人 ， 是 稅吏 和 罪人 的 朋友 。
但 智慧 之子 都 以 智慧 為 是 。
But the children of wisdom are all wise.
有 一個 法利賽 人請 耶穌 和 他 吃飯 ； 耶穌 就 到 法利賽 人家 裡去 坐席 。
A Pharisee invited Jesus to eat with him; Jesus went to the Pharisee's house and sat down.
那城裡 有 一個 女人 ， 是 個 罪人 ， 知道 耶穌 在 法利賽 人家 裡 坐席 ， 就 拿 著盛 香膏 的 玉瓶 ， 站 在 耶穌 背後 ， 挨著 他 的 腳 哭 ， 眼淚 溼 了 耶穌 的 腳 ， 就 用 自己 的 頭髮 擦乾 ， 又 用 嘴 連連 親他 的 腳 ， 把 香膏 抹 上 。
There was a woman in that city who was a sinner, and when she knew that Jesus was sitting at the table in the house of the Pharisees, she took an alabaster jar with ointment and stood behind him, and wept at his feet, and the tears wet Jesus' feet, so she Dry with his own hair, and kiss his feet with his mouth, and apply the ointment.
請 耶穌 的 法利賽 人 看見 這事 ， 心裡 說 ： 這人 若 是 先知 ， 必 知道 摸 他 的 是 誰 ， 是 個 怎樣 的 女人 ， 乃是 個 罪人 。
The Pharisee who invited Jesus saw this and said in his heart, If this man were a prophet, he would know who touched him, what kind of woman she was, and was a sinner.
耶穌 對 他 說 ： 西門 ！
我 有 句 話 要 對 你 說 。
西門 說 ： 夫子 ， 請 說 。
耶穌 說 ： 一個 債主 有 兩個 人欠 他 的債 ； 一個 欠 五十兩 銀子 ， 一個 欠 五兩 銀子 ； 因為 他們 無力 償還 ， 債主 就 開恩 免 了 他們 兩個 人的債 。
Jesus said: A creditor has two debts to him; one owes fifty taels and the other 5 taels; because they were unable to pay, the creditor graciously forgave them both of their debts.
這 兩個 人 那 一個 更愛他 呢 ？
Which of the two loves him more?
西門 回答 說 ： 我 想 是 那 多 得 恩免 的 人 。
耶穌 說 ： 你斷 的 不錯 。
Jesus said: You are right.
於是 轉過 來 向 著 那 女人 ， 便 對 西門 說 ： 你 看見 這 女人 麼 ？
我進 了 你 的 家 ， 你 沒有 給我 水洗 腳 ； 但 這 女人 用 眼淚 溼 了 我 的 腳 ， 用 頭髮 擦乾 。
你 沒有 與 我 親嘴 ； 但 這 女人 從 我 進來 的 時候 就 不住 的 用 嘴親 我 的 腳 。
你 沒有 用油 抹 我的頭 ； 但 這 女人 用 香膏 抹 我 的 腳 。
所以 我 告訴 你 ， 他 許多 的 罪 都 赦免 了 ， 因為 他 的 愛多 ； 但 那 赦免 少 的 ， 他 的 愛就少 。
Therefore I tell you, he is forgiven of many sins because he loves much; but he who is forgiven little loves little.
於是 對 那 女人 說 ： 你 的 罪 赦免 了 。
So he said to the woman: Your sins are forgiven.
同席 的 人心 裡說 ： 這是 甚麼 人 ， 竟 赦免 人 的 罪 呢 ？
And those who were at the table said in their hearts, Who is this that forgives the sins of men?
耶穌 對 那 女人 說 ： 你 的 信救 了 你 ； 平平安安 的 回去 罷 ！
