路加福音14

安息日 ， 耶穌 到 一個 法利賽 人 的 首領 家裡 去 吃飯 ， 他們 就 窺探 他 。 在 他 面前 有 一個 患水 臌 的 人 。 耶穌 對律 法師 和 法利賽 人 說 ： 安息日 治病 ， 可以 不 可以 ？ 他們 卻 不 言語 。 耶穌 就治好 那人 ， 叫 他 走 了 ； 便 對 他們 說 ： 你們 中間 誰 有 驢 或 有 牛 ， 在 安息日 掉 在 井裡 ， 不 立時 拉 他 上來 呢 ？ 他們 不能 對答 這話 。 耶穌 見 所 請 的 客 揀擇 首位 ， 就 用 比喻 對 他們 說 ： 你 被 人 請 去 赴 婚姻 的 筵席 ， 不要 坐在 首位 上 ， 恐怕 有 比 你 尊貴 的 客 被 他 請來 ； 那請 你們 的 人 前來 對 你 說 ： 讓座 給 這 一位 罷 ！ 你 就 羞 羞慚 慚 的 退 到 末位 上去 了 。 你 被 請 的 時候 ， 就 去 坐在 末位 上 ， 好 叫 那 請 你 的 人來 對 你 說 ： 朋友 ， 請 上 坐 。 那時 ， 你 在 同席 的 人 面前 就 有 光彩 了 。 因為 ， 凡 自高 的 ， 必降 為 卑 ， 自卑 的 ， 必升 為 高 。 耶穌 又 對 請 他 的 人 說 ： 你 擺設 午飯 或 晚飯 ， 不要 請 你 的 朋友 、 弟兄 、 親屬 ， 和 富足 的 鄰舍 ， 恐怕 他們 也 請 你 ， 你 就 得 了 報答 。 你 擺設 筵席 ， 倒 要 請 那 貧窮 的 、 殘廢 的 、 瘸腿 的 、 瞎眼 的 ， 你 就 有 福 了 ！ 因為 他們 沒有 甚麼 可 報答 你 。 到義人 復活 的 時候 ， 你 要 得 著 報答 。 同席 的 有 一人 聽見 這話 ， 就 對 耶穌 說 ： 在 神國裡 吃飯 的 有 福 了 ！ 耶穌 對 他 說 ： 有 一人 擺設 大 筵席 ， 請 了 許多 客 。 到 了 坐席 的 時候 ， 打發 僕人 去 對 所 請 的 人 說 ： 請來 罷 ！ 樣樣 都 齊備 了 。 眾人 一口同音 的 推辭 。 頭 一個 說 ： 我 買 了 一塊 地 ， 必須 去 看看 。 請 你 准 我 辭 了 。 又 有 一個 說 ： 我 買 了 五 對 牛 ， 要 去 試一試 。 請 你 准 我 辭 了 。 又 有 一個 說 ： 我 才 娶 了 妻 ， 所以 不能 去 。 那 僕人 回來 ， 把 這事 都 告訴 了 主人 。 家主 就 動怒 ， 對 僕人 說 ： 快 出去 ， 到 城裡 大街小巷 ， 領那 貧窮 的 、 殘廢 的 、 瞎眼 的 、 瘸腿 的 來 。 僕人 說 ： 主阿 ， 你 所 吩咐 的 已 經辦 了 ， 還有 空座 。 主人 對 僕人 說 ， 你 出去 到 路上 和 籬笆 那裡 ， 勉強 人 進來 ， 坐滿 我 的 屋子 。 我 告訴 你們 ， 先前 所請 的 人 ， 沒有 一個 得 嘗 我 的 筵席 。 有極 多 的 人 和 耶穌 同行 。 他 轉過 來 對 他們 說 ： 人到 我 這裡 來 ， 若 不愛我 勝過 愛 （ 愛我 勝過 愛 ： 原文 是 恨 ） 自己 的 父母 、 妻子 、 兒女 、 弟兄 、 姐妹 ， 和 自己 的 性命 ， 就 不能 作 我 的 門徒 。 凡 不 背著 自己 十字架 跟 從 我 的 ， 也 不能 作 我 的 門徒 。 你們 那 一個 要蓋 一座 樓 ， 不 先 坐下 算計 花費 ， 能 蓋成 不能 呢 ？ 恐怕 安 了 地基 ， 不能 成功 ， 看見 的 人 都 笑話 他 ， 說 ： 這個 人開 了 工 ， 卻 不能 完工 。 或是 一個 王 出去 和 別的 王 打仗 ， 豈不先 坐下 酌量 ， 能 用 一萬 兵去 敵 那領 二萬 兵 來攻 打 他 的 麼 ？ 若 是 不能 ， 就 趁 敵人 還遠 的 時候 ， 派 使者 去 求和 息 的 條款 。 這樣 ， 你們 無論 甚麼 人 ， 若 不 撇下 一切 所有 的 ， 就 不能 作 我 的 門徒 。 鹽本 是 好 的 ； 鹽若失 了 味 ， 可用 甚麼 叫 他 再 鹹 呢 ？ 或用 在 田裡 ， 或 堆 在 糞裡 ， 都 不 合式 ， 只好 丟在 外面 。 有 耳 可 聽 的 ， 就 應當 聽 ！

安息日 ， 耶穌 到 一個 法利賽 人 的 首領 家裡 去 吃飯 ， 他們 就 窺探 他 。 在 他 面前 有 一個 患水 臌 的 人 。 In front of him was a man with water rash. 耶穌 對律 法師 和 法利賽 人 說 ： 安息日 治病 ， 可以 不 可以 ？ Jesus said to the lawyers and Pharisees: Is it okay to heal on the Sabbath? 他們 卻 不 言語 。 耶穌 就治好 那人 ， 叫 他 走 了 ； 便 對 他們 說 ： 你們 中間 誰 有 驢 或 有 牛 ， 在 安息日 掉 在 井裡 ， 不 立時 拉 他 上來 呢 ？ So Jesus healed the man and let him go; and he said to them, Who among you has a donkey or an ox, and fell into a well on the Sabbath, and does not bring him up immediately? 他們 不能 對答 這話 。 耶穌 見 所 請 的 客 揀擇 首位 ， 就 用 比喻 對 他們 說 ： 你 被 人 請 去 赴 婚姻 的 筵席 ， 不要 坐在 首位 上 ， 恐怕 有 比 你 尊貴 的 客 被 他 請來 ； 那請 你們 的 人 前來 對 你 說 ： 讓座 給 這 一位 罷 ！ When Jesus saw that the invited guests had chosen the first place, he told them in a parable: You are invited to the marriage feast, do not sit in the first place, lest a guest more honorable than you be invited by him; You say: Give up your seat to this one! 你 就 羞 羞慚 慚 的 退 到 末位 上去 了 。 You shyly retreated to the bottom. 你 被 請 的 時候 ， 就 去 坐在 末位 上 ， 好 叫 那 請 你 的 人來 對 你 說 ： 朋友 ， 請 上 坐 。 When you are invited, go and sit at the bottom, so that the person who invited you will come and say to you: Friend, please take your seat. 那時 ， 你 在 同席 的 人 面前 就 有 光彩 了 。 因為 ， 凡 自高 的 ， 必降 為 卑 ， 自卑 的 ， 必升 為 高 。 For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted. 耶穌 又 對 請 他 的 人 說 ： 你 擺設 午飯 或 晚飯 ， 不要 請 你 的 朋友 、 弟兄 、 親屬 ， 和 富足 的 鄰舍 ， 恐怕 他們 也 請 你 ， 你 就 得 了 報答 。 Jesus also said to those who invited him: When you prepare lunch or dinner, do not invite your friends, brothers, relatives, and rich neighbors, lest they invite you too, and you will be rewarded. 你 擺設 筵席 ， 倒 要 請 那 貧窮 的 、 殘廢 的 、 瘸腿 的 、 瞎眼 的 ， 你 就 有 福 了 ！ Blessed are you when you invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, and the blind when you prepare a feast! 因為 他們 沒有 甚麼 可 報答 你 。 Because they have nothing to repay you. 到義人 復活 的 時候 ， 你 要 得 著 報答 。 At the resurrection of the righteous you will be rewarded. 同席 的 有 一人 聽見 這話 ， 就 對 耶穌 說 ： 在 神國裡 吃飯 的 有 福 了 ！ When one of the people at the table heard this, he said to Jesus: Blessed are those who eat in the kingdom of God! 耶穌 對 他 說 ： 有 一人 擺設 大 筵席 ， 請 了 許多 客 。 Jesus said to him, There was a man who prepared a great feast and invited many guests. 到 了 坐席 的 時候 ， 打發 僕人 去 對 所 請 的 人 說 ： 請來 罷 ！ When it was time to sit down, he sent his servants to say to those whom he had invited, "Come, please!" 樣樣 都 齊備 了 。 Everything is ready. 眾人 一口同音 的 推辭 。 Everyone resigned in unison. 頭 一個 說 ： 我 買 了 一塊 地 ， 必須 去 看看 。 The first one said: I bought a piece of land and I must go and see it. 請 你 准 我 辭 了 。 Please allow me to resign. 又 有 一個 說 ： 我 買 了 五 對 牛 ， 要 去 試一試 。 Another said: I bought five pairs of cattle, and I'm going to try them. 請 你 准 我 辭 了 。 Please allow me to resign. 又 有 一個 說 ： 我 才 娶 了 妻 ， 所以 不能 去 。 Another said: I just got a wife, so I can't go. 那 僕人 回來 ， 把 這事 都 告訴 了 主人 。 家主 就 動怒 ， 對 僕人 說 ： 快 出去 ， 到 城裡 大街小巷 ， 領那 貧窮 的 、 殘廢 的 、 瞎眼 的 、 瘸腿 的 來 。 僕人 說 ： 主阿 ， 你 所 吩咐 的 已 經辦 了 ， 還有 空座 。 主人 對 僕人 說 ， 你 出去 到 路上 和 籬笆 那裡 ， 勉強 人 進來 ， 坐滿 我 的 屋子 。 The master said to the servant, Go out to the road and the hedge, and force people to come in and fill my house. 我 告訴 你們 ， 先前 所請 的 人 ， 沒有 一個 得 嘗 我 的 筵席 。 I tell you, none of the people whom I have invited before will taste my feast. 有極 多 的 人 和 耶穌 同行 。 Many people walked with Jesus. 他 轉過 來 對 他們 說 ： 人到 我 這裡 來 ， 若 不愛我 勝過 愛 （ 愛我 勝過 愛 ： 原文 是 恨 ） 自己 的 父母 、 妻子 、 兒女 、 弟兄 、 姐妹 ， 和 自己 的 性命 ， 就 不能 作 我 的 門徒 。 He turned to them and said to them, Unless a man comes to me and does not love me more than love, his parents, his wife, his children, his brothers, and his sisters, and his own life, he cannot be my disciple. 凡 不 背著 自己 十字架 跟 從 我 的 ， 也 不能 作 我 的 門徒 。 Whoever does not take up his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple. 你們 那 一個 要蓋 一座 樓 ， 不 先 坐下 算計 花費 ， 能 蓋成 不能 呢 ？ Which one of you wants to build a building, without sitting down and calculating the cost, can it be built? 恐怕 安 了 地基 ， 不能 成功 ， 看見 的 人 都 笑話 他 ， 說 ： 這個 人開 了 工 ， 卻 不能 完工 。 I am afraid that the foundation will not be successful, and everyone who sees it will laugh at him, saying: This man has started work, but cannot finish it. 或是 一個 王 出去 和 別的 王 打仗 ， 豈不先 坐下 酌量 ， 能 用 一萬 兵去 敵 那領 二萬 兵 來攻 打 他 的 麼 ？ Or if a king goes out to fight another king, doesn't he sit down and consider whether he can use ten thousand troops to fight against the one who brought twenty thousand troops to attack him? 若 是 不能 ， 就 趁 敵人 還遠 的 時候 ， 派 使者 去 求和 息 的 條款 。 If not, send messengers to seek the terms of peace while the enemy is still far away. 這樣 ， 你們 無論 甚麼 人 ， 若 不 撇下 一切 所有 的 ， 就 不能 作 我 的 門徒 。 So any of you cannot be my disciple unless he leaves all that he has. 鹽本 是 好 的 ； 鹽若失 了 味 ， 可用 甚麼 叫 他 再 鹹 呢 ？ Salt is good; if salt loses its taste, how can it be salted again? 或用 在 田裡 ， 或 堆 在 糞裡 ， 都 不 合式 ， 只好 丟在 外面 。 Either use it in the field, or pile it up in the dung. 有 耳 可 聽 的 ， 就 應當 聽 ！
